求職自我介紹最重要的是自我認識，首先必須認清自我，一定要弄清以下三個問題。 你現在是干什么的？你將來要干什么？你過去是干什么的？

這三個問題不是按時間順序從過去到現在再到將來，而是從現在到將來再到過去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現在的你，他希望利用的是將來的你，而這將來又基于你的歷史和現狀。

　　近年來筆者有幸參加了大學英語四、六級考試口語考試(CETSpokenEnglishTest,簡稱CET-SET)的主考工作，對于考生在測試中出現的問題有所了解和感觸。

　　大學英語四、六級考試口語考試是由英語四、六級考試委員會組織的、用于測量我國大學生運用英語進行口頭交際的能力的全國性考試。凡獲得全國大學英語四、六級證書且成績達到一定分數線的在校大學生(包括研究生)均可報名參加考試。考試采取面對面的形式，一般由2-4名主考和3-4名學生組成。考試分為問答、發言和討論，問答等3部分。其中第一部分是“熱身”題，包括考生自我介紹和回答問題兩部分。整個考試全程錄象。

　　一.考生在“自我介紹”環節常見的問題

　　其次是千篇一律。計算機和網絡技術的發展和普及是一把雙刃劍。它們在為人們提供方便的同時也扼殺了人們的創造能力。在筆者測試過的考生中，網絡下載的自我介紹屢見不鮮，如超過90%的考生都使用了以下句型：Iamopen-minded,quickinthoughtandfondof….考生給考官留下的印象以及考生的成績可以想象。

　　第三是變自我介紹為演講。由于考試的形式是公開的，考生的自我介紹都準備得相當充分。一分鐘的簡單自我介紹(abriefintroduction)變成了一篇長達3-5分鐘的演講，以至于主考老師不得不中途打斷。個別考生甚至把自我介紹變成了背誦，沒有語音語調的變化，沒有與主考的交流，面無表情干巴巴地生是將一片稿子給背了下來。

　　二.對策

　　以上問題的出現除了考生在考場上過于緊張之外，不自信是主要的原因。事實上，自我介紹所用的詞匯量較小，語法結構也簡單，考生所需的是要能靈活運用所學的基本詞匯和語法結構。針對以上問題，考生在準備自我介紹時應注意以下幾點：

　　1.緊緊圍繞自己的實際情況做合理的介紹。自我介紹是“熱身”題，可以幫助考生緩解緊張的情緒，也使主考對于考生的口語水平有了初步的了解。自我介紹，顧名思義就是對個人情況的介紹，一般包括年齡、愛好、家庭成員、生活習慣等(姓名是主考專門問的第一個問題)，專業和家鄉也可以涉及，但注意不要喧賓奪主。當然，以上所列的的有關情況不一定要面面俱到，挑自己擅長的，又容易表達的常見的項目來說。例如，談專業問題時，尤其是表達醫學專業的專門詞匯，一般的英語教師不一定了解，自己說起來也不那么順口，可以稍作改變，避開該詞或對該詞匯進行進一步解釋盡量用自己熟悉的簡短句型和詞匯。口語考試的測量不同于寫作，只要能達到交流的目的，表達中的暫時停頓、重復甚至句子的不連貫都是可以接受的。因而不必擔心句子長度或可以用復雜的句型或生僻的詞匯。形式是為內容服務的，簡單的東西當然要用簡單的詞匯和句型。而在第二部分的發言和討論部分，由于要表達的內容較為復雜，簡單句恐怕會影響你表達的正確和完整性。當然，語速不要過快也是一個要注意的問題，因為語速快并不等于英語好，相反，語速過快必然會導致一些音節被“吃掉”而影響表達的完整性。

　　2.加強語音的訓練。由于眾所周知的原因，我國學生的英語語音欠債不少。主要表現在重音位置錯誤，個別音發不對，語調帶有中國腔。講到最后還以“Ok.That’sall.Thankyouforyourattention.”結尾。死板：已經問過好，問過姓名了，還要goodmorning/afternoon,mydearteachers!Nowpleaseallowmetointroducemyself.Mynameis…更有意思的是有個考生在離開考場前竟然扭頭說了一句“Thankyou啊!”。加強口語訓練的緊迫性可見一斑。

　　3.加強鍛煉。Practicemakesperfect.熟能生巧。有些考生基礎不錯，發音也可以，但是由于緊張，竟然在考場上大汗淋漓，光張口就是說不出話來。這主要是由于平時缺乏鍛煉造成的。而另一些人則很鎮定，一問，原來是學生干部，經常上臺發言，所以膽量大。面試是學生畢業后找工作必不可少的一環，加強這方面的能力鍛煉不僅僅是英語一門課的問題，也是學生綜合素質的需要。

近年來筆者有幸參加了大學英語四、六級考試口語考試(CETSpokenEnglishTest,簡

稱CET-SET)的主考工作，對于考生在測試中出現的問題有所了解和感觸。

大學英語四、六級考試口語考試是由英語四、六級考試委員會組織的、用于測量我國大學生運用英語進行口頭交際的能力的全國性考試。凡獲得全國大學英語四、六級證書且成績達到一定分數線的在校大學生(包括研究生)均可報名參加考試。考試采取面對面的形式，一般由2-4名主考和3-4名學生組成。考試分為問答、發言和討論，問答等3部分。其中第一部分是“熱身”題，包括考生自我介紹和回答問題兩部分。整個考試全程錄象。

一.考生在“自我介紹”環節常見的問題

首先是跑題。顧名思義，自我介紹即介紹自我，其目的主要是確認考生信息準確無誤、幫助考生進入狀態及為第三部分的提問做準備。然而，在測試中相當一部分同學都將自我介紹變成了“家鄉介紹”、“專業介紹”等。

雜的句型或生僻的詞匯。形式是為內容服務的，簡單的東西當然要用簡單的詞匯和句型。而在第二部分的發言和討論部分，由于要表達的內容較為復雜，簡單句恐怕會影響你表達的正確和完整性。當然，語速不要過快也是一個要注意的問題，因為語速快并不等于英語好，相反，語速過快必然會導致一些音節被“吃掉”而影響表達的完整性。

1、不知從何說起。有很多同學當聽到老師問：“can you make a self-introduction?”時，首先遲疑幾秒，然后怔怔的看著：“老師說什么呀？”這一類算是“無準備型”。自我介紹是你與人打交道，參加各類口語考試，職場面試不可或缺的一部分，同時也是非常重要的一部分。在面試時，我們經常會被要求自我介紹，所謂自我介紹，就是把自已介紹給出別人，以使別人認識自已，所以恰到好處的自我介紹，可以大大提高面試的好感。

2、缺乏邏輯性。還有一些同學在作自我介紹時，要么只說兩句話名字，年齡；要么夸夸其談但缺乏邏輯性。別看簡簡單單的一個自我介紹有時也能反映出一個人的邏輯思維和做事態度。

【應聘者具體應注意以下幾點】：

1、接到面試通知后，最好在家打個自我介紹的草稿，然后試著講述幾次，感覺一下。

2、自我介紹時首先應禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，并向所有的面試人員（如果有多個面試考官的話）示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉過來后才開始。

5、在作自我簡介時，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處游離，顯得漫不經心的樣子，這會給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不轉睛。再就是盡量少加一些手的輔助動作，因為這畢竟不是在作講演，保持一種得體的姿態也是很
