                  試用期工作總結報告

                  三個月的試用期轉眼就過去了。這段我人生中彌足珍貴的經歷,給我留下了精彩而美好的回憶。在這段時間里您們給予了我足夠的寬容、支持和幫助,讓我充分感受到了領導們“海納百川”的胸襟,在對您們肅然起敬的同時,也為我有機會成為xxx公司的一份子而驚喜萬分。

                  這段時間,在領導和同事們的關懷和指導下,我通過不懈努力,各方面均取得一定的進步,現將我的工作情況做如下匯報:

                  一、 通過理論學習和日常工作積累我對拉線技術和技術管理方面的認識

                  首先,寫一下對拉線技術的認識。我們生產的拉線主要是車輛上用于力傳遞的機構。因此,它必須滿足車輛相關的國家和行業標準和法規、車輛整車和部件的功能要求。在這些標準、法規和功能要求下考慮拉線經濟成本,對鋼絲繩接頭、鋼絲繩、軟管、軟管接頭和拉線上的各種輔件等零件進行形狀、材料、制造、技術處理、裝配方式等的設計。經過三個月的工作,對(1)部件形狀不同特性的要求,例如:鋼絲繩和軟管的不同編法對拉脫力的要求和對抗彎曲疲勞都有所不同;(2)材料種類和特性,例如pa、pc、pom、pbt、ppo等塑料材料在典型零件上的應用;(3)它們之間機械、熱塑、化學等性能的特性和差異;(4)制造方式;(5)技術處理的不同和它們之間各自達到的效果,(6)裝配方式的差異,等等。有了整體的思路和了解。

                  其次,寫一下對技術管理的認識。(1)技術文件的管理。我們公司是總公司的制造分公司,公司技術文件管理上主要有兩個平臺,一個是網絡文件管理公司“knowledge tree”;一個是在公共服務器“pre-production drawing”。這兩個平臺我主要是使用。“knowledge tree”的使用是通過文件名在平臺上搜索,文件格式都是pdf的,文件名編號都是用的內部圖號。“pre-production drawing”平臺是我們公司的一個公共服務器,我這邊也只有查看的權利,它里面的文件管理分類是按項目不同分開的;里面是圖紙文件包含有catia的2d和3d數據。這兩個平臺上的圖紙文件基本上都是已經量產的零件和拉線。因此,我們這邊大量的設計過程圖紙都需要管理,我們公司設計的過程圖紙是由我這邊管理的。工作中我一直都深有體會,設計容易管理難,所以在剛接手這份工作時,首先是對公司管理制度學習,再掌握技術文件管理,最后進行設計工作的學習。現在我這邊過程圖紙主要是繼承以前的管理辦法,再進行優化細致的。我們這邊文件主要是分零件圖和拉線總成圖;零件圖的管理包括圖號和存放,它主要是根據零件類型和材料的不同進行分類;總成圖的管理也包括圖號和存放位置,它們主要是根據項目的類型和拉線在整車上的屬于哪類進行區分的。現在優化和細致的方面主要是2d和3d的文件鏈接出現了不少問題,需要完善,還有一部分圖紙存放錯誤,得調整修改。(2)技術流程的管理。我們公司產品實現的管理是依照ts16949的要求采用prp的項目管理模式進行的,它分為四個階段:計劃階段;樣品階段;生產準備就緒階段;投產階段。每個階段都有十多個關鍵任務。項目管理方面項目的啟動,工作組的建立,prp的制定,bom表編制,fmea的分析,open issues 的評審通過等階段和任務與我以前設計公司的流程和文件內容都類似。現在我們公司中有更多關于:①模具,工裝試驗設備、dvp&r設計驗證的任務和階段;②供應商選擇,評估,接受的任務等流程;③生產計劃、控制,工藝流程、員工培訓,gp-12和產品包裝等的任務和階段,等等,這些流程、任務都是新接觸和認識的。并且我們公司各部門圍繞項目進行工作,而制定的文件也很完整,并且可以體現到企業的文化上去,讓我感受最深的是我們公司的質量這一邊。我們公司質量體系推行iso/ts16949:2002標準,根據它導出的五大工具為基礎,制定滿足汽車行業,整車廠和產品的特殊要求的一整個質量管理體系,它把企業文化中質量方針做到了每一項具體檢驗表格中了。特別雖它其中的一些處理方法例如,減少特異變異的自我管理模式——5m+e;問題解決的8d方法這些方法對我平時處理和解決工作和生活上的問題都有很好的幫助。

                  二、 明確崗位職能,認識個人不足

                  根據崗位職責的要求,我的主要工作及學習任務是(1)拉線及各零件設計,制造、安裝要求的設計;(2)catia軟件和制圖標準要求的規范;(3)設計過程圖紙的管理與維護;(4)設計問題點的積累和反饋;(5)項目管理流程和控制文件表格的熟悉;(6)英語水平的提高;(7)領導交辦的其他工作。個人不足處也很多,目前主要是在(1)拉線及各零件設計、制造和安裝方面缺少積累和系統的整理歸納學習;(2)項目流程和控制文件不夠深入了解,特別是生產和外協方面;還有項目過程中各部門相互配合和權責等不明白;(3)英語水平偏低。等等。為了讓自己做一個更稱職的人員,一定努力學習并克服各種不足。

                  三、 展望未來,提出自己努力計劃

                  我們公司文化中有一條是“我們把公司看作一個大家庭,每一位員工都是重要的家庭成員。正是這種家庭式的工作環境,使得每一位員工都能夠輕松愉快的工作,這是我們歷來的傳統,也是我們成功的基石”。這一條也將是我對公司奉獻的使命源泉。對未來我充滿期待,將根據以上個人不足制定如下計劃:(1)歸納整理已量產拉線的技術文件,根據整車廠和產品要求總結同類拉線及各零件設計,制造和安裝等方面的設計知識。(2)積極參與正在進行的項目,通過具體的工作熟練和明白項目流程、控制和各部門權責等事務。(3)工作時通過英文工作資料學習、加強、提高英語水平,假期通過培訓班將英語水平提高至滿足工作的聽說讀寫能力。爭取兩年時間基本改善現在已存的個人的不足,可以做到對公司各方面能清清楚楚;為兩年后可以在公司這個大家庭中提升更高的平臺上發光發力而努力。

                  以上就是這三個月來的工作總結,最后對公司及部門提一點個人膚淺的建議:(1)問題描述及分析:產品設計員沒有直接參與溫莎總部的設計討論,長沙這邊外協技術方面的交流和生產一線技術問題點分析解決,這樣使的整個公司的技術不能得到很好的積累和總結;也讓產品設計員工作不銜接,不符合崗位職能說明書要求。另外,可能因為項目經理在技術方面花費時間過多造成項目其它方面考慮不周全。(2)問題解決建議:公司討論建立產品設計員參與整個項目技術方面工作的權責并編制相關文件寫入公司制度。(3)成果預測:公司將培養一批專門技術骨干,技術將得到很好的積累,并有可能從現在制造公司逐漸轉換成設計開發制造一體的公司。最后,謝謝領導給了我這次機會,在以后的工作中,我會努力工作,做好個人工作計劃,爭取將各項工作做得更好
