The film that has left a deep impression on me is Lie of Pi. It was released last year. And I went to watch it with my friend. Life of Pi is a 3D computer-animated adventure drama film based on Yann Martel’s 2001 novel of the same name. It has won four Academy Awards. Also it made a box-office hit in 2012 and has become an international blockbuster since then.
Though the cast is not as strong as some other outstanding films, Life of Pi is a real blockbuster. It is directed by Ann Lee who also has won Academy Awards several times. The leading role of the film is Suraj Sharma, an India common citizen who had no experience in film before Life of Pi but shot to fame because of this film. It is interesting that the most important supporting actor is a Bengal Tiger. So, actually the whole cast is not strong.

It helps us to know more products and help us to find the product we need, which make our living life more convenient. When talking about this problem, I will say no absolutely. It’s impossible to remove all commercials from TV. Now, I will give my reasons.
First, customers need TV commercials. TV commercials can transmit information which make people to know more products, which help them to find what they need quickly.
Second, TV station needs TV commercials. They are dependent on advertisement for a large part of their revenues. If remove all commercials from TV, TV station may cannot run, then people will cannot watch TV shows.
Third, the manufacturers need TV commercials, which they applied to introduce new products and promote some commodity to consumers.
11. If you were a manager, what would you do if the members of your department did not get along very well?
That members in one department get along well is very important. When members get along well with each other, they all will be happy to work, it can improve efficiency. If there is a conflict in a department, it will hurt productivity.
My job as a manager is to help members avoid conflict and establish a good relationship. My staff members don’t have to like each other to work together, but they do need to respect and value each other’ presence in the workplace.

Some people believe longer holidays will encourage consumption, others take an opposite side. As far as I am concerned, I agree with the former. The reasons are obvious. First of all, we have no time to go shopping during the workdays. But there is enough time for us to do that during the holidays. Secondly, I believe that many people buy expensive things they need during the holidays because they must be careful. For example, you want to buy a car, I think it’s sensible for you to go to the car market at least for three times before you make a buying decision. It means that you need time to do that. There is no homework, no stress, or endless work during the holiday. We can do everything we want to do. Maybe going shopping is a good idea to relax ourselves.
