7.每個周末對本周的學習情況進行總結和評論，并以周記的形式進行記錄。細則聽力:
1.從VOA（specialenglish）做起。每天聽寫1篇。一定要堅持。2.每周堅持看美劇，先從《絕望的主婦》開始。初步定在每周6晚。精讀:
1.學習新概念英語2-3，背誦課文，每周不小于5篇。
2.重點領會作者的寫作手法，記憶好的結構性的句子和內容性的句子，根據中文內容進行英文翻譯，進行對比。
