第五條：在一些特別情況下，例如出差，休假等，會員可將會籍時間臨時凍結一月以上（不計會籍時間），但需遵循以下規定：Under some special situations ,for instance ,being on a business trip,taking holiday and so on,the member can break/hole membership time for more than one month but members must abide by the following regulations putting memberships on hold:

代理記帳業務約定書

報表、國稅申報、地稅申報(含網上申報)。甲方如有其他服務要求，需在約定書中注明，口頭商定無效。
二、甲方在每月25日至次月15日前，按時將本單位所發生合法的經濟業務票據傳給乙方(乙方可上門取送票據，每月壹次)并提供納稅申報所需要的各種印章(公章、財務章、人名章等)。因甲方票據傳遞、提供各種印章及稅務機關要求的其他資料不及時，造成乙方延誤各種納稅申報的，責任由甲方自負。

五、甲方的出納每月應主動與乙方會計核對銀行賬及現金賬余額。
六、甲方在簽訂業務約定書的同時付款，否則無效，到期后乙方接受甲方付款的視為約定延續，若到期后未續約付款的，約定終止，雙方不再相互承擔責任。
七、甲方在業務約定期間內如有地址、電話、開戶銀行及賬號、稅務登記、工商登記等發生變化應在非報稅期內三天、報稅期內(每月25日至次月15日)當天通知乙方，不能及時通知乙方由此而產生的后果，由甲方自負。
八、業務約定到期或終止時，如果甲方聘用乙方工作人員，乙方對業務約定期間的憑證、賬目、稅務出現的問題概不負責。

4、銀行繳稅稅票，利息單，進賬單，支票存根，電匯單及其它各種銀行票據；
5、企業自制原始憑單：工資單，折舊單等；
6、一般納稅人發票匯總表(一套)，作廢發票(聯次齊全)，抵扣票認證清單，金稅卡；
