甲乙雙方按照互惠互利的原則，達成以下協議：
1、乙方向甲方提供房間特惠價如下：（人民幣）
貴單位住店客人優惠待遇：
1、 可免費享受擦鞋服務；
2、 大型免費停車場；
3、 免費ISDN寬帶上網；
4、 免費洗浴門票；
5、 免費“美夢成真”睡眠管家服務（開夜床、叫早）；
6、 每天免費提供2瓶國產礦泉水，免費飲用客房內、茶（兩袋），不能累計
客人應提供準確的單位名稱，否則，將無法提供以上單位協議價。
1、 預訂單均由貴單位傳真或電話給酒店，酒店以預訂單確認預訂。客人入住的房晚數量以酒店電 腦記錄數據為準；
2、 由貴單位簽約人或簽約授權人電話通知酒店預訂中心或銷售人員；
3、 如貴單位客人無預訂直接到前臺辦理客房入住，須符合以下條件：
a. 由貴單位簽約人或簽約授權人帶領
b.?由貴單位客人出示單位證件；?
c.?帶貴單位公章介紹信的客人；?
d.?由貴單位簽約人或簽約授權人電話通知酒店預訂中心或銷售人員。
注：簽約單位不得以任何直接或間接形式將協議價格公布在網頁或電子商務網上。此協議所有條款只適用于貴單位，無論出于任何原因或目的，不得將其泄露給第三方，否則酒店有權單方面終止協議。
五、結賬付款：?
所有貴單位入住本酒店的客人均采取掛帳。具體結算如下：?
□預付款：貴單位于?????年?????月?????日預付人民幣?????元，作為在酒店的消費款，從貴單位付款后第二天起可以在酒店掛賬。?
?結算：預付款不限金額，用完為止，可以續付，酒店財務部將在預付款余額低于2000

Cancellation Policy

Cancel the guaranteed reservation shall be handled in the day before guest check in before 16:00, such as cancel booking after this time, the hotel will charge one night room charge.

No Show Policy

Should your guest with a guaranteed reservation not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, a one-night room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale. Because of natural disasters or other force majeure factors to cancel or change the booking, the hotel will not charge any fees.
已經擔保的預訂如果未能在入住當日24時之前取消或當晚客人未到，酒店將收取一晚房費，其余幾日之訂房將不予保留；

No Show Policy

Should your guest with a guara nteed reservati on not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, a one- ni ght room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subseque nt ni ghts will be released for resale. Because of n atural disasters or other force majeure factors to can cel or cha nge the book ing, the hotel will not charge any fees.

1、預訂單均由貴單位傳真或電話給酒店，酒店以預訂單確認預訂。客人入住
的房晚數量以酒店電腦記錄數據為準；
2、由貴單位簽約人或簽約授權人電話通知酒店預訂中心或銷售人員；3、如貴單位客人無預訂直接到前臺辦理客房入住，須符合以下條件：a.由貴單位簽約人或簽約授權人帶領
b.由貴單位客人出示單位證件；c.帶貴單位公章介紹信的客人；
d.由貴單位簽約人或簽約授權人電話通知酒店預訂中心或銷售人員。注：簽約單位不得以任何直接或間接形式將協議價格公布在網頁或電子商務網上。此協議所有條款只適用于貴單位，無論出于任何原因或目的，不得將其泄露給第三方，否則酒店有權單方面終止協議。五、結賬付款：
所有貴單位入住本酒店的客人均采取掛帳。具體結算如下：
□預付款：貴單位于年月日預付人民幣元，作為在酒店的消費款，從貴單位付款后第二天起可以在酒店掛賬。
結算：預付款不限金額，用完為止，可以續付，酒店財務部將在預付款余額低于2000
元時通知貴單位。
□押金：貴單位于年月日預付押金人民幣元，作為在酒店的消費押金，從貴單位付款后第二天起可以在酒店掛賬，貴單位每月可在酒店掛賬最高限額為押金的2倍，既人民幣元。
結算：酒店在每月5日前將賬單給貴單位予以確認，貴單位須在每月15日前結清所
