指導思想
以新一輪課程改革為抓手，更新教育理念，積極推進教學改革。努力實現教學創新，改革教學和學習方式，提高課堂教學效益，促進學校的內涵性發展。同時，以新課程理念為指導，在全面實施新課程過程中，加大教研、教改力度，深化教學方法和學習方式的研究。正確處理改革與發展、創新與質量的關系，積極探索符合新課程理念的生物教學自如化教學方法和自主化學習方式。
主要工作
一、教研組建設方面：
1、深入學習課改理論，積極實施課改實踐。
、以七年級新教材為“切入點”，強化理論學習和教學實踐。
、充分發揮教研組的作用，把先進理念學習和教學實踐有機的結合起來，做到以學促研，以研促教，真正實現教學質量的全面提升。

（1）備課關。要求教齡五年以下的教師備詳案，提倡其他教師備詳案。要求教師的教案能體現課改理念。
（2）上課關。

（4）考試關。以確保給學生一個公正、公平的評價環境。
（5）質量關。
3、加強教研組凝聚力，培養組內老師的團結合作精神，做好新教師帶教工作。
二、常規教學方面：
1加強教研組建設。興教研之風，樹教研氛圍。特別要把起始年級新教材的教研活動作為工作的重點。
2、教研組要加強集體備課,共同分析教材,研究教法,探討疑難問題,由備課組長牽頭每周集體備課一次，定時間定內容，對下一階段教學做到有的放矢，把握重點突破難點.
3、教研組活動要有計劃、有措施、有內容，在實效上下工夫，要認真落實好組內的公開課教學。
4、積極開展聽評課活動，每位教師聽課不少于20節，青年教師不少于40節，興“聽課，評課”之風，大力提倡組內，校內聽隨堂課。

一．指導思想：
本學期，我組將進一步確立以人為本的教育教學理論，把課程改革作為教學研究的中心工作，深入學習和研究新課程標準，積極、穩妥地實施和推進中學英語課程改革。以新課程理念指導教研工作，加強課程改革，緊緊地圍繞新課程實施過程出現的問題，尋求解決問題的方法和途徑。加強課題研究，積極支持和開展校本研究，提高教研質量，提升教師的研究水平和研究能力。加強教學常規建設和師資隊伍建設，進一步提升我校英語教師的英語教研、教學水平和教學質量，為我校爭創“三星”級高中而發揮我組的力量。
二．主要工作及活動：
1．加強理論學習，推進新課程改革。
組織本組教師學習《普通高中英語課程標準》及課標解度，積極實踐高中英語牛津教材，組織全組教師進一步學習、熟悉新教材的體系和特點，探索新教材的教學模式，組織好新教材的研究課活動，為全組教師提供交流、學習的平臺和機會。
2．加強課堂教學常規，提高課堂教學效率。
強化落實教學常規和“禮嘉中學課堂教學十項要求”。做好集體備課和二備以及反思工作。在認真鉆研教材的基礎上，抓好上課、課后作業、輔導、評價等環節，從而有效地提高課堂教學效率。加強教學方法、手段和策略的研究，引導教師改進教學方法的同時，引導學生改進學習方法和學習策略。
3．加強課題研究，提升教科研研究水平；加強師資隊伍建設，提升教師的教學能力。
組織教師有效開展本組的和全校的課題研究工作做到有計劃、有研究、有活動、有總結，并在此基礎上撰寫教育教學論文，并向報刊雜志和年會投稿。
制訂好本組本學期的校公開課、示范課、匯報課計劃，并組織好聽課、評課等工作。

2019學年春季學期小學語文組教研計劃
一、指導思想
堅持以《基礎教育課程改革綱要》為指導，認真學習貫徹課程改革精神，以貫徹實施基礎教育課程改革為核心，以研究課堂教學為重點，以促進教師隊伍建設為根本，以提高教學質量為目標，全面實施素質教育。
本學期教研組重點加強對教師評課的指導，使教師的評課規范化，系統化，定期舉行主題教學沙龍和“會診式行動研究”，促進新教師的成長，加快我鎮小學語文教師隊伍成長速度和小學語文教育質量的全面提高。結合區里的活動安排，開展各項有意義的學生活動，培養提高學生的語文素養，調動啟發學生的內在學習動機。
二、工作目標
1、以課改為中心，組織教師學習語文課程標準，轉變教學觀念，深入課堂教學研究，激發學生主動探究意識，培養學生創新精神和實踐能力，努力提高學生語文素養。

5、根據上學期制定的語文常規活動計劃，開展形式多樣的學習競賽活動、過關活動，激發學生學習語文的興趣，在自主活動中提高學生的綜合實踐能力，促進個性和諧發展。
6、 加強學習質量調查、檢測工作，及時分析，尋找得失，確保完成各項教學指標。
三、主要工作及具體措施
（一）骨干教師示范、把關，當好“領頭羊”。
1、本學期，語文研究小組成員繼續充分發揮學科帶頭人、骨干教師的示范作用，重視團隊合作智慧、力量。教研組將圍繞“探索實效性語文課堂教學模式”這個主題，深入開展精讀課文教學有效性研討活動。低段（1-2年級）則繼續進行識字教學的有效性的探討。分層、有序地開展教研活動，使教研活動更成熟、有效，切實提高我校語文老師的專業水平。
2、開展“師徒結對”活動，以老帶新，不斷提高教師的業務素質。
（二）年輕教師取經、學習，爭取出成績。
1、為了提高教學質量，促成新教師迅速成長，1—5年教齡新教師每一學期上1堂模仿課和一堂校內研討課。上模仿課的內容可以通過觀看名師的關盤、視頻或者教學實錄等途徑，根據個人教學需要，有選擇性地進行局部模仿，從而使新教師形成個人的教學風格 。

一、指導思想
高二的歷史教學任務是要使學生在歷史知識、歷史學科能力和思想品德、情感、態度、價值觀各方面得到全面培養鍛煉和發展，為高三年級的文科歷史教學打下良好的基礎，為高校輸送有學習潛能和發展前途的合格高中畢業生打下良好基礎。
高考的文科綜合能力測試更加強調考生對文科各學科整體知識的把握、綜合分析問題的思維能力、為解決問題而遷移知識運用知識的能力。教師在教學中要體現多學科、多層次、多角度分析解決問題的通識教育理念。教師要認真學習和研究教材,轉變教學觀念，緊跟高考形勢的發展，研究考試的變化，力爭使高二的教學向高三教學的要求靠攏。
按照《教學大綱》和《考試說明》的要求，認真完成高二階段的單科復習工作。堅持學科教學為主，落實基礎知識要到位，適當兼顧史地政三個學科的綜合要求，培養提高學生學科內綜合的能力。從學生的實際出發，落實基礎，提高學科思維能力和辯證唯物主義、歷史唯物主義的理論水平。
二、教學依據和教材使用
全班共40人，其中男生15人，女生25人。學生的數學基礎較一般，多數學生能掌握所學內容，少部分學生由于反映要慢一些，學習方法死板，沒有人進行輔導，加之缺乏學習的主動性，不能掌握學習的內容。能跟上課的學生，課上活潑，發言積極，上課專心聽講，完成作業認真，學習比較積極主動，課后也很自覺，當然與家長的監督分不開。部分學生解答問題的能力較強，不管遇到什么題，只要讀了兩次，就能找到方法，有的方法還相當的簡捷。有的學生只能接受老師教給的方法，稍有一點變動的問題就處理不了。個別學生是老師怎么教也不會。
二、教材分析
本冊的教學內容：（1）混合運算和應用題；（2）整數和整數四則運算；（3）量的計量；（4）小數的意義和性質；（5）小數的加法和減法；（6）平行四邊形和梯形
本冊的重點：混合運算和應用題是本冊的一個重點，這一冊進一步學習三步式題的混合運算順序，學習使用小括號，繼續學習解答兩步應用題的學習，進一步學習解答比較容易的三步應用題，使學生進一步理解和掌握復雜的數量關系，提高學生運用所學知識解決得意的實際問題的能力，并繼續培養學生檢驗應用題的解答的技巧和習慣。第二單元整數和整數的四則運算，是在前三年半所學的有關內容的基礎上，進行復習、概括，整理和提高。先把整數的認數范圍擴展到千億位，總結十進制計數法，然后對整數四則運算的意義，運算定律加以概括總結，這樣就為學習小數，分數打下較好的基礎。第四單元量的計量是在前面已學的基礎上把所學的計量單位加于系統整理，一方面使學生所學的知識更加鞏固，一方面使學生為學習把單名數或復名數改寫成用小數表示的單名數做好準備。
三、教學目標
（一）知識與技能：
1、使學生認識自然數和整數，掌握十進制計數法，會根據數級正確地讀、寫含有三級的多位數。
2、使學生理解整數四則運算的意義，掌握加法與減法、乘法與除法之間的關系。
③提出教學任務：在全面發展體能的基礎上，進一步發展靈敏、力量，速度和有氧耐力，武德的培養；引導學生學會合理掌握練習與討論的時間，了解實現目標時可能遇到的困難。在不斷體驗進步和成功的過程中，表現出適宜的自信心，形成勇于克服困難積極向上，樂觀開朗的優良品質；認識現代社會所必需的合作和競爭意識，在武術學習過程中學會尊重和關心他人，將自身健康與社會需要相，表現出良好的體育道德品質，結合本身項目去了解一些武術名人并能對他們進行簡單的評價；加強研究性的學習，去討論與研究技能的實用性，加強同學之間的討論交流的環節。
（3）教學目標：
①總體目標：建立“健康第一”的理念，培養學生的健康意識和體魄，在必修田徑教學的基礎上進一步激發學生學習“初級長拳”、“劍”的興趣，培養學生的終身體育意識，以學生身心健康發展為中心，重視學生主體地位的同時關注學生的個體差異與不同需求，確保每一個學生都受益，以及多樣性和選擇性的教學理念，結合學校的實際情況，設計本教學工作計劃，以滿足學生選項學生的需求，加深學生的運動體驗和理解，保證學生在高一年田徑必修基礎上再加上“長拳”來引導男女生學習體育模塊的積極性，再結合高二年的 “劍”選項課的學習中修滿2學分。加強學習“長拳”以及“劍”的基本套路，提升學習的的興趣，提升學生本身的素質，特別是武德的培養。

采用教師示范與講解，學生討論，練習，教師評價，再進行個別指導，后進行學生練習，最后進行展示與學生的綜合評價相結合的方式方法，培養學生的良好的學習習慣、學習方法更好地完成教學任務，達到教學目標；實行培優扶中輔差，，采用學習小組的建立，加強學習小組的相互學習、相互討論、相互研究的功能，提升學習的效率；加強多邊學科的整合，特別是加強心理健康的教育，加強運動力學、運動醫學等進行學習，以提升學生的運動自我保護意識與能力。
二、教學研究的計劃
（1）課題研究：加強校本課程“劍”、“平山初級長拳”的開發與教學；做好“趣味奧運會進入校園”課題的開題準備。做為“青春期健康教育進入校園”課題組的成員，協助課題組進行研究，開展活動。
（2）校本教研：加強校本課程的開發，加強體育備課組的教研能力，做為備課組長的我與其他老師加強討論校本的研究與開發，本次校本開發重點放在“劍”、“初級長拳”、“花樣籃球”三個項目上，有所側重。
（3）論文撰寫：結合課題研究的內容進行撰寫。

how well are we in tune with the rhythm of life? in our busy day to day existence, we don"t often stop to ask ourselves this question. at least i don"t. and it wasn"t until i joined a competitive sporting event that i learned a most important lesson dash; we must place our mind in harmony with the natural order of things to be successful.
let me tell you what happened.
i decided to take part in an international marathon in my hometown last year. being an ambitious person, i hoped to finish it within 5 hours, accompanied by my friend with whom i had trained.
the big day finally arrived. "ready…set…bang" and we were off.
at first, we kept a rapid pace and ran nonstop. at this pace, we finished the first 20 kilometers in 2 hours and i thought running a marathon was a piece of cake. then my running mate began to slow down. i urged him to keep running at the same pace but he said no, he wanted to conserve his energy. i felt i had partnered with the wrong person, therefore, i sprinted on and left him behind in the dust.
a few kilometers later, i began to understand his strategy as my pace slowed to a jog then a walk. after that i was incapable of moving another step. i was humiliated as more and more people ran passed me. more than once i thought "maybe i should quit." i started to doubt my ability to finish this race.
at this moment, my running mate caught up with me and slapped me on the back. "follow me," he shouted. he had balanced his marathon pace and was encouraged me to do the same. for the rest of this grueling contest, we walked, jogged, ran a few miles, and walked again. slowly, painfully but hopefully this time, we established the most suitable pace within the natural flow of our physical capabilities.
eventually we accomplished our first marathon of 42 kilometers in 4 and half hours. i asked myself, what did this marathon mean to me? my marathon experience became an influential metaphor for my life about how we must learn to pace ourselves in everything, by being in tune with the rhythm of life.
