a。口試老師。

一般面試的老師都是該系外語比較牛的老師，象武大這樣的重點大學，每個院系都有很多老師送去國外的大學當一到2年的交流學者，所以有不少老師外語都相當好，就算他們語音語調不好，至少也有非常強的用地道的英語來表達思想的能力，而且，聽力都相當好，所以他能百分百分辨出你的口語能力如何。我們系去年面試的是2個從哈佛回來的年輕老師，一個西裝革履正坐著，一個抽著煙翹二郎腿的半躺在我們面前提問。一個是標準的美國口語，一個稍微差一點，不過提的問題很雕琢。

b。口試過程。

一般自我介紹是必須要準備的，自己寫好背好，大概500字左右，說2到3分鐘。準備好的東西會說的很流利，這樣能給他一個好的印象。一般包括這樣的內容：名字，原來畢業院校，你平時的愛好興趣等，現在所報考的專業，你為什么報考該專業，你對該專業怎樣的感興趣，

背一背，這樣當他問到涉及該問題的時候，你就可以把準備好的用上。千萬不要對老師一個勁的提問，我聽說一個女生，她口語還不錯，可是把口試現場當成了學術討論會，不斷和老師爭執和提問，或許讓老師很沒有面子吧，聽說某些老師對她有些須意見。總之外語很牛的人，尤其是自認為很牛的人，不要在考場上炫耀，要知道考官見過的牛人多了。一句一句說完自己的觀點，稍微發揮一點就好了。

同志們，可要警惕了。。。。。。教授們即使面上嘻嘻，骨子里也是如狼似虎，一般不會輕易放過你，一來為的是客觀選拔國家人才，二來亮亮該專業的功底深淺，總之會讓你知道這個研，是不好上的。當然了，某些專業的面試很好混過，既然好混，在此便是不說。不過，凡是還是預計難了的打算，萬一遇上個超級無敵大學究，也好過關。據我所知，一般的教授去面試以前，心中還是事先稍微打了腹稿的，而且，大范圍看來，專業面試也會有一定的規律可循。

1：題目范圍——知道與不知道的。

關于考問的專業問題，不會問的太難太刁鉆，但是，就算他問的問題簡單，在你的問答里也可以挑出許多毛病。所以還是要記得第一集里我說的，千萬不要胡亂擴展吹夸，對自己不了解的東西，一定要抱以謹慎的態度。如果他問的問題你實在不知道，也不要慌張，更不要胡扯一通的亂解釋，只說：這個問題我目前還欠研究，雖然現在不了解，但是上研以后，一定跟隨老師好好把這個問題鉆研清楚。表示雖然現在你有不足，但是你今后會非常勤奮。在中國，態度問題，總是第一位的：p

2：題目范圍——聯系實際關注熱點。

很多老師喜歡問一些很實際的問題，尤其是經濟管理等聯系實際緊密的專業。也有老師喜歡聯系現在的熱點問題，比如美伊戰事。當然了，學院派還是居多，會抓理論不放，但絕對不會是很少見的。

3：基本范例問題——對教授的采訪報告。

a：為什么會報考這個專業，以及今后的打算。所以最好稍微準備一個小型的研究計劃很簡單的那種，比如你喜歡的感興趣的方向。如果你是跨專業考的，請問你以前的相關專業課程，請闡述和現在專業的聯系與對你以后研究的影響等等。

　　1、金融危機中政府加杠桿化使債務負擔加重。全球金融危機推動私人企業去杠桿化、政府增加杠桿。各國政府紛紛推出刺激經濟增長的寬松政策，公共財政現金流呈現出趨于枯竭的惡性循環，債務負擔成為不能承受之重。
　　2、評級機構煽風點火，助推危機蔓延。評級機構不斷調低主權債務評級，助推危機進一步蔓延。全球三大評級機構（標準普爾公司、穆迪投資者服務公司和惠譽國際信用評級公司）不斷下調危機中各國的主權評級。
　　（二）內部原因：
　　1、歐元區的貨幣政策與財政政策相分離。歐元區的貨幣政策由歐洲央行統一制定，財政政策卻在各歐元區的各成員國手中，二元結構的體制矛盾是引發歐債危機的制度性原因。
　　2、歐元區內各國經濟發展不平衡。德、法兩國經濟為主導，其他國家相對落后。但是歐元區的成員國步伐必須一致，采取相似的財政政策來拉動就業和增長，內部經濟的不平衡加速了歐債危機的出現。
　　3、歐洲沒有堅持量入為出，過度依賴外資。當經濟受到外部沖擊時，政府不能因外資的突然撤出而維持經濟的正常的運轉，債務危機出現成為必然。

　　歐盟又是中國最大的出口市場，危機導致歐元區增長下降，造成中國對歐盟的出口減少。隨著歐洲債務危機得到控制，對中國出口的影響會降低。
　　（二）加劇短期資本流動波動性
　　歐債危機導致全球避險情緒加重，資金紛紛回流美元。中國會面臨更加洶涌的短期資本流入，經濟的波動性增加。
　　三、給中國帶來的啟示

　　二、美國政府采取的措施
　　第一，實施緊縮的財政計劃，削減財政赤字。
　　第二，提高債務上限。20XX年8月，美國總統奧巴馬簽署了參議院通過的債限法案《20XX年預算控制法案》，規定聯邦將債務上限從12.4萬億美元提高到14.29萬億美元。雖然這使美國政府繼續借新債還舊債，但卻使財政部獲得4000億的舉債額度，使美國國債沒有發生違約，美債危機暫時得到平息。

　　結構性減稅
　　現階段在國際國內經濟運行復雜形勢下，要繼續實行積極財政政策，注重擴大內需，加快發展方式轉變，其中的政策重點之一，是進一步把結構性減稅的文章做足，通過結構性減稅一系列正面效應的充分發揮，來服務于國民經濟又好又快發展全局。對此談兩點認識：
　　一、結構性減稅的必要性和可行性
　　第一，這是世界金融危機沖擊帶來的重要啟示之一。我國在全面開放、已形成高外貿、外向依存度的情況下，今后不論是經濟相對高漲期還是相對低迷期，都必須更加注重擴大內需，而擴大內需的重要機制之一是結構性減稅。
　　第二，當下歐債危機陰云密布、世界經濟演變趨勢的不確定性十分明顯，企業界預期不好，實體經濟更有信心不足、士氣不振、盈利前景看淡的困惑，很有必要運用結構性減稅沖抵不良預期，支撐實體經濟的基本景氣水平。
　　第三，我國產業結構、產品結構面臨迫切的調整、優化任務，提高增長質量、加快發展方式轉變需要充分運用稅收等依法、規范的經濟杠桿，而結構性減稅正是在運用稅收杠桿時配之以提升有效供給、促進結構優化的鮮明導向，在加快發展方式轉變方面應有不可忽視的作用與貢獻。
　　第四，隨我國企業主體和居民個人的納稅人意識、公民意識上升、稅收負擔的被關注度也迅速上升。我國稅制結構中的間接稅比重過高、由企業承擔的比重過高，而由本有支付能力的先富階層承擔的直接稅比重低到幾乎微不足道水平，這是應當明確指出的顯著缺陷，并且正在引發社會公眾的“稅收痛苦”感受，以及再分配機制滯后于社會發展的負面效應。十分需要以低收入端、小微企業端、實體經濟端等為重點的結構性減稅，配之以其它優化收入分配的舉措，來回應公眾關切和順應民心，降低恩格爾系數較高的社會群體的稅收痛苦，優化分配再分配，促進社會和諧。
　　二、20XX年及今后幾年結構性減稅可考慮的要點
　　1．在進口環節適當地、有選擇性地降低關稅。今年財政部門已布置600多項進口產品的關稅稅率下調，有利于降低相關企業和消費者負擔，應落地做細。
　　2．中小企業、小微企業的增值稅、營業稅“起征點”提高已于去年秋天明確宣布，需在各地盡快形成實施細則，把好事做實，實事做好。
　　3．上海今年1月1日先行先試的增值稅擴圍改革是一個重要的結構性減稅舉措，可消除三產、建安、交通企業的重復征稅因素，鼓勵專業化細分和升級換代，進而改進服務提振消費、轉變方式惠及民生，應在試點取得一定經驗后積極擴大覆蓋面，直至最終對統一市場全覆蓋。
