一、指導思想

一、預習是學習的重要環節上課前充分預習，考試前充分地復習，與“打有準備之仗”有同曲之道。預習效果好，聽課才能有針對性；聽課有針對性，復習才能順利進行；復習深刻，作業、考試才能得心應手。所以說預習是學生學習過程中一個必不可少的環節。
二、掌握好高效的聽課方法課上集中精力聽課，是掌握知識的捷徑。聽講時，思想上必須與老師講解的思路保持一致，聽老師對事物是怎樣分析、推理；聽老師解決問題是用什么方法、技巧；聽老師對問題有哪些提問和解釋。這樣才能把握住聽課的重點。聽講中，要把自己在預習中的理解，和老師講解的相比較，看自己和老師有哪些相同點和區別點。
三、合理安排復習時間很多科學家通過研究發現，有幾個時間段有利于鞏固記憶：一是學習后最初幾分鐘內，電生理活動引起蛋白質的合成；二是學習后在48小時內復習；三是一周之后腦突觸發生永久性變化。根據人在學習過程中這一生理變化，采用復習加強記憶就顯得特別重要了。如果我們能夠在學習的內容即將忘記時進行復習，那么復習的效果最好，效率也最高。著名的心理學家艾賓浩斯通過實驗發現了人的記憶與遺忘規律。實驗證明：在學習僅過了20分鐘后，就忘記記憶內容的42%，1天后忘卻量已經達到了66%，到了第31天，忘卻量高達79%。他根據實驗結果，畫成了著名的遺忘曲線。并表明遺忘的規律是“先快后慢”。這條規律提示我們，—定要盡早、及時地對所學知識進行復習，以便在知識還在大腦內時就加深印記，否則大腦中已經沒有痕跡了，只能再費精力重學。合理安排復習時間特別重要并且必要，制定復習計劃，嚴格按精英特計劃執行，并力求形成習慣，是我們每一位學生都應該力求努力做到。 我們為什么要復習呢？因為我們記憶效果沒有那么好，不可能過目不忘，所以需要重復、增強記憶。同時，復習的進展也有利于學習效率的提高。
四、做作業的科學方法這里有七種做作業的技巧：
1、先復習后做作業。復習是做好作業的關鍵，只有復習得好，作業才能做得好。做作業前先把老師這一節課所講的內容認真地看一看，弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作業，作業才能做得既快又好。
2、認真審題。 做作業最關鍵的—步就是審題，連題都判斷錯了，作業內容就全錯了。首先第—步要弄清楚題目的內容，所給的條件，什么要求，需要聯系哪些知識等等；其次是考慮好解題思路、方法、步驟，要善于把—道題分成幾部分，化大為小、化難為易、分清其中的已知和未知，弄清各部分的聯系，設計好整個解題步驟，—定要讓自己做到不明白題意不做題，不清楚方法步驟不下筆。
3、細心的做題。 做題是表達思路的全過程，這個過程要求既動腦、又動手。做題的關鍵是要保證“規范”、“準確”。要做到這兩點就要求學生認真的抄好題，書寫格式必須正確、規范，嚴格按照各類題的解題要求，仔細演算解題的每—步，得出正確的結果。只有平時做題認真細致，步驟完整，思路正確，表達嚴密，準確無誤，考試時才能按照這種良好的習慣進行

That"s what we"re talking about. We"re not talking about vast wealth. 堅持以鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想為指導，認真貫徹和黨的十七大、團的十六大精神，全面落實、自覺實踐科學發展觀，以構建和諧社會為統攬，結合學校的中心工作，夯實基礎、務實求真、開拓創新，開展共青團工作。
工作目標：
以學為本，在開展各項活動的基礎之上，增強各位同學的集體榮譽感、增強集體凝聚力，培養主人翁意識，力求班級整體成績更上一層樓；同時豐富課余文化生活，樹立良好的班級形象、爭創先進班級、團支部。
一． 團干部的建設

三． 團日活動

一．活動目的：

二. 活動自我評估：
總體來說，此次團日活動，氣氛活躍、積極響應。?我們這次以“歡送兩會喜迎世博”為主題的團日活動，各個階段的活動都十分成功，成功的原因我們總結為以下幾點： 1、 準備較充分 “凡事預則立，不預則廢”在這次活動中得到了充分體現，正是因為有了詳實的考慮、周全的計劃和充分的準備，這次活動才有了成功開展的前提。如我們提前幾天和老干部的秘書商量具體時間地點，并且在活動開始之前我們就有了詳細的計劃及活動部署。 2、 密切配合 多方面的積極協助和努力，是活動得以完成的保證。如在活動中我們班團委干部積極配合。3、 分工具體安排合理 在活動沒有開始之前，領隊就已經將工具、勞動任務合理分配，同時也注意到宣傳組織及工作時間的協調。事后，同學們普遍反映良好。 4、 活動全面深入 從初期活動內容的確定到聯系人員，宣傳組織同學進行分工，一直到校內外工作的全面開展及高質量的完成，后期總結討論，充分做到了理論聯系實際，并且升華了理論，提高了同學們的思想認識。 在成功的背后，我們也認真反省思考了我們的不足。 1、 場面有點混亂。活動雖然經過具體分工，詳實安排，但在實際過程中由于人數較多，場面有點混亂，個別成員沒有完成自己的分工。 2、 安排上存在不足。主要體現在活動中個別支部成員不夠積極，對分配的任務不能及時保證質量的完成，這與管理和分工上的失誤有一定關系。
3 考慮不細致。老干部演講的時間太長，老人家身體狀況不是太好。

團支部2015年年度計劃
經歷了大一上學期的學習生活，本支部全體成員初步適應了大學的生活與學習。在輔導員、學院分團委及各位學長學姐的幫助知道下，本支部通過團干部和各位同學的努力，積極開展各項活動，豐富了同學們的生活，取得了良好的效果。在即將到來的2015年，本支部將繼續積極相應上級的號召，加強自身的思想建設，繼續監督同學們的學習，關心同學們的生活，做好支部的對外宣傳工作。在完成各項常規工作的基礎上努力創新，力求展現本團支部的風采與特色。
一、 思想建設
加強支部思想建設是確保支部工作正常展開的基礎，以黨的思想路線和鄧小平理論為指導，結合學校和學院的指示精神，緊緊圍繞學校教育開展工作，以提高學生素質，推進支部建設為奮斗目標，充分發揮團干部，黨員和入黨積極分子的模范帶頭作用，開展豐富多彩的活動，調動學生同學積極性，形成良好的學習氛圍，通過共同努力，推動支部工作不斷向前發展。
1. 繼續加強對同學們的思想動態關注，鼓勵同學們關注社會熱點，關注時政。支部定期時政討論會與思想經驗交流會，團干部定期與同學們進行思想交流。
2. 邀請老師與同學們進行座談會，充分聽取同學們的意見與建議，虛心向老師請教思想、學習、生活上遇到的問題。
3. 定期召開形式多樣的主題班會，加強班級思想建設，提高班級凝聚力。加強同學們個人覺悟認識，鼓勵同學們遞交入黨申請書，早日向黨組織靠攏。
二、 學習方面
步入大學，我們的首要任務仍是學習。因此，在下學期的工作中，支部繼續加強對同學們學習的監督。在順利完成各項專業課學習的基礎上，拓展同學們的課外閱讀量，增加學習的內涵與外延，努力讓每位同學學有所獲，學友所成。其次，鼓勵同學們參加學校及國家的各項學術競賽，充分發掘每個人的個人才能。
1． 班級成立學習互幫互助小組，小組內定期討論交流近期學習情況，學期末進行小組學習情況評比總結，在班級內形成良好的學習氛圍。
2． 在考試即將來臨時，邀請優秀學長學姐講授學方法與復習經驗，安排學習問題答疑，對于成績較差者給予特別幫助，保證每位同學擁有平等的學習機會。
3． 在學習過程中，征求全體同學的意見訂閱學習資料，在班級中流動借閱，并開展討論會交流讀書學習心得。
4． 將學習與實踐相結合，帶領同學們參觀國家博物館，抗日戰爭紀念館；鼓勵同學們旁聽各學習講座、學術報告會等。盡可能利用更多的學習資源。
三、 宣傳建設
完善支部的宣傳建設，擴大團支部的影響力。首先要建立團支部微信平臺、博客等公眾交流平臺。在每次活動舉辦后，由宣傳委員及時完成對新聞稿的推送。團支部的消息通知通過各種平臺及時發布，爭取讓每位同學都能參與到集體中來，感受到身處集體中的溫暖。
1. 充分運用微信公眾平臺、人人網、新浪博客等網絡平臺，宣傳支部的每次團日活動。對集體中的優秀個人、青春榜樣及時公示，形成積極向上的網絡氛圍。
2. 在學院中積極響應上級團組織的號召，配合其開展院內、校內活動，增加團支部在學院、學校的影響力。
3. 積極參加院校優秀團支部的評比活動，利用每次機會展現支部的風采。
四、 團員生活
一個支部要想求得發展，就要有堅實的基礎，而每個同學都是支部最堅實的基礎，要充分發揮同學的特長，發掘每個人的潛力，讓每個同學都參與支部建設與管理，使每個學生都有成功的機會和成就感。因此，充分了解并關心每位同學的生活十分必要。在每次支部活動中，更要加強同學們主體地位的體現。
1． 建立完善同學們的團員信息登記表，了解每位同學的興趣愛好，關心每位同學的學習生活，實現與同學們更加充分的交流。
2． 在每次活動舉辦前，聽取同學們的意見，發揮每位同學的主體作用，力求爭得多半同學的滿意。
3． 團干部與班委相協調，定期舉辦素質拓展活動，增進同學們之間的交流，增強同學們之間的友誼，提高支部及班級的凝聚力。
五、 常規工作

在新的一年里，學校團支部將繼續以“十六大精神”和“三個代表”重要思想為指導，圍繞我校工作大局，以更新的姿態投入到工作中去。在抓好基礎工作和常規活動的同時，突出做好三個方面的重點工作：一是夯實一個基礎，即團隊組織建設；二是抓好兩項教育，即思想道德教育和心理健康教育；三是培育兩大載體，也就是’邁好青春門，走好成人路”和“三個現代”為主題的教育。
一、夯實基礎，實現學校團隊建設新突破
學生團員是我們學校團組織工作和戰斗力的重要基礎，抓好學生團員的管理是我們做好團隊工作的著力點。在過去一年的團隊工作中，學生中涌現出了一大批優秀的團員，成為我們學校團隊工作的中堅力量；但從中我們也發現了團員中存在的不少問題：如團徽配戴不規范，團員的意識不明確，團的基礎知識不熟悉，班級團支部凝聚力不夠強，所有這些都直接或間接地影響到我們團隊工作開展的力度與效果，因此，在新的一年里，很有必要的建全團的組織基礎作為今后工作的一個重點，通過加強團隊基礎知識的學習，增強班級團支部的凝聚力，加大學生干部的培訓力度，拓寬團的工作領域，以團帶隊，團與隊之間活動互相滲透，加強團隊工作的一體化，爭取在團的建設等方面有新的突破，并取得較大的發展。
二、加強思想感情道德教育界和心理健康教育
中學生的思想道德狀況、心理健康程度和能力素質不平如何，將直接影響今后晉江的發展狀況。培養出具有良好的思想道德素質和健康心理的一代新人，我們學校團隊責無旁貸，要切實發揮團隊自身的組織優勢和活動優勢，切實把晉江的新一代教育好，引導好。要突出理想信念教育的核心內容，直一步加大宣傳力度，圍繞新一代文明人為目標，廣泛開展希望工程、手拉手互助活動，突出活動的思想感情內涵，強化道德要求，引導青少年學生在實踐中不斷加強自身修養，幫助其養成良好的社會道德行為習慣，引導他們自覺追求良好的現代生活方式和風尚。
同時，要密切關注青少年的心理健康，通過開展形式多樣的實踐教育活動，教育引導青少年辨別真、善、美，摒棄假、惡、丑，幫助他們學會寬容、坦誠，學會互助、友愛。要注重加強與學生的心靈溝通，幫助他們養成誠實守信、自立自強的個性，促進青少年學生各方面的健康成長，為提高綜合素質打下良好的基礎。

“邁好青春門、走好成年路”是中學階段素質教育的重要內容，也是搞好團隊工作的一個很好的主題活動。針對青少年的具體實際，加強對青少年的愛國主義教育和18歲成人公民素質的目標，賦于更加鮮明的時代色彩，使活動更好地貼近實際，貼近生活，貼近青少睥的需求與特點。同時把活動開展與發生在我們身邊的人和事相結合，晉江的經濟社會發展目標和實踐相結合，讓青少年學生明白成人意味著光榮與責任，作為在校生更應端正學習目的和態度，樹立遠大理想和志向，努力去提高自身的綜合素質。
