                  Party A and Party B, upon equal consultation, hereby agree to conclude and enter into the terms and conditions as below for joint compliance in accordance with the Labor Law of the People"s Republic of China and relevant rules and regulations.

                  一、工作合同期限 Contract Term

                  第四條 原則上執行標準工時制度,乙方每日工作時間8小時,每周工作40小時。

                  第六條 甲方為乙方提供必要的工作條件,建立健全工作方式,制訂工作規范和工作制度。

                  Clause 6 Party A shall provide necessary work conditions for Party B, establish sound work mode, and formulate job specification and system.

                  四、勞動報酬Labor Remuneration

                  第七條 甲方每月 18 日前以貨幣形式支付乙方工資,每月實發工資稅后為 元。

                  六、合約的變更、解除Contract Alternation and Cancellation

                  第十一條 有下列情形之一的,甲乙雙方應變更合同并及時辦理變更合同手續:

                  Clause 11 Party A and Party B shall alter this Contract and promptly go through contract alternation procedures if any of the following circumstances happens:

                  (一)甲乙雙方協商一致的;Party A and Party B reach an agreement on alternation upon negotiation;

                  (二)訂立本合同所依據的客觀情況發生重大變化,致使本合同無法履行的;The performance of this Contract is rendered discontinued by the substantial change of objective circumstances which the conclusion of this Contract is relied upon;

                  (三)訂立本合同所依據的法律法規、規章發生變化的。Laws, rules and regulations upon which the conclusion of this Contract is relied change.

                  第十二條 乙方有下列情形之一的,甲方可以解除本合同:

                  Clause 12 Party A shall be entitled to cancel this Contract in any of the following circumstances:

                  (一) 在試用期間被證明不符合錄用條件的;Party B is proven during the probationary period not to satisfy the requirements of employment;

                  (二) 嚴重違反勞動紀律或者甲方利益造成重大損害的;Party B materially violates labor disciplines or causes substantial damage to Party A’s interests;

                  (三) 嚴重失職,營私舞弊,對甲方利益造成重大損害的;Party B seriously neglects his duty, engages in malpractice for selfish ends and brings significant damage to Party A’s interests;

                  (四) 被依法追究刑事責任的。Part B is being investigated for criminal liability in accordance with the law.

                  第十三條 有下列情形之一的,甲方可以解除本合同,但應當提前30日以書面形式通知乙方:

                  Clause 13 Party A may dissolve this Contract by giving a thirty-day prior written notice to Party B if any of the following circumstances happens:

                  (一)乙方患病或者非因工負傷,醫療期滿后,不能從事原工作也不能從事由甲方另行安排的工作的;Party B is incapable of performing his original work and any new job as arranged by Party A after the stipulated period of medical leave for an illness or non-work-related injury expires;

                  (二)乙方不能勝任工作,經過培訓或者調整工作崗位,仍不能勝任工作的;Party B is incompetent and remains incompetent after training or adjustment of his position;

                  (三)本合同訂立時所依據的客觀情況發生重大變化,致使本合同無法履行,經甲方雙方協商不能就變更工作合同達成協議的。A major change in the objective circumstances on which the conclusion of this Contract is relied hinders continued performance of this Contract, and after consultation, Party A and Party B are unable to reach an agreement on amending this Contract.

                  第十四條 甲方瀕臨破產進行法定整頓期間或者生產經營狀況發生嚴重困難,符合裁減人員條件的,甲方可以解除合同。

                  Clause 14 Party A shall be entitled to rescind this Contract in the event that Party A is bankrupt or enters statutory consolidation period or experiences difficulties in the production and operation or finds it necessary to reduce the workforce.

                  第十五條 乙方有下列情形之一的,甲方不得解除本合同;

                  Clause 15 Party A shall not cancel this Contract in any of the following circumstances:

                  (一)患病或者非因工負傷,在規定的醫療期內的;Party B is ill or injured not due to work and the mandatory medical treatment period has not expired;

                  (二)女職工在孕期、產期、哺乳期內的; Party B is a woman who is pregnant, on materiality leave, or nursing a baby;

                  第十六條 乙方解除本合同,應當提前30日以書面形式通知甲方,甲方應予以辦理相關手續。但乙方給甲方造成經濟損失尚未處理完畢或因其他問題正在被審查期間的情況除外。

                  Clause 16 Unless otherwise all economic losses caused to Party A by Party B have been completely covered or Party B is not under any investigation for other issues, Party B may cancel this Contract by giving a thirty-day prior written notice to Party A, and Party A under this circumstance shall go through relevant formalities.

                  第十七條 有下列情形之一的,乙方可以隨時通知甲方解除本合同:

                  Clause 17 Party B may terminate this Contract by giving a notice to Party A any time if any of the following circumstances occurs:

                  (一) 在試用期內的;Party B is still in the probationary period;

                  (二) 甲方以暴力、威脅或者非法限制人身自由的手段強迫

                  勞動的;Party A forces Party B to work by violence, duress or illegal restriction to physical freedom;

                  (三)甲方未按照本合同約定支付勞動報酬或者提供勞動條件的;Party A fails to pay labor remuneration or provide labor conditions in accordance with relevant clauses of this Contract.

                  第十八條 有下列情形之一的,本和同終止:

                  Clause 18 This Contract shall cease to be valid in any of the following circumstances:

                  (一)合同期限屆滿;The term of this Contract expires;

                  (二)合同約定的終止條件出現;Conditions for termination as stipulated in this Contract appear;

                  (三) 乙方達到離休、退休、退職條件。Party B satisfies resignation and retirement conditions.

                  第十九條 有下列情形之一的,甲方根據乙方在甲方工作年限和乙方解除本合同前12個月的平均工資,工作需滿1年后支付1個月的經濟補償金:

                  Clause 19 Party A shall be entitled to dissolve this Contract in any of the following circumstance, provided however that severance pay shall be provided according to Party B’s working years at Party A and Party B’s average salary in the past twelve months prior to such dissolution. If Party B works a full year, such severance pay shall be one-month salary.

                  (一) 雙方協商一致,由甲方解除本合同; Two parties hereto agree upon consultation to let Party A terminate this Contract;

                  (二) 乙方不能勝任工作,經過培訓或調整工作崗位,仍不能勝

                  任工作,由甲方解除本合同的;Party B is incapable of the job and remains incapable after training or position adjustment.

                  第二十條 乙方違反本合同約定條件解除工作合同或違反保守商業秘密事項,給甲方造成經濟損失的,應依法承擔賠償責任。

                  Clause 20 Party B shall assume compensation liability for any economic loss sustained by Party A due to Party B’s termination of this Contract in violation of the terms and conditions agreed herein or breach of non-disclosure obligation for business secrets.

                  七、爭議及其它Dispute and Miscellaneous

                  第二十一條 雙方因履行勞動合同發生爭議,當事人可以向本單位勞動爭議調解委員會申請調解;調解不成的,應當自勞動爭議發生之日起,60日內向勞動爭議仲裁委員會提出書面申請。

                  Clause 21 Disputes arising from or in connection with the performance of the labor contract by two parties hereto may be furnished to Party A’s labor dispute mediation committee for mediation; if mediation effort fails, an application may be filed to the labor dispute arbitration committee for an arbitral award within sixty days of the occurrence of such labor dispute.

                  當事人一方也可以直接向勞動爭議仲裁委員會申請仲裁。

                  Either party concerned may directly apply to the labor dispute arbitration committee for an arbitral award.

                  第二十二條 其他:1、如有其他需求在試用期結束后雙方協商確定。

                  Clause 22 Miscellaneous: 1. Any other demands if any shall be subject to separate negotiation of two parties hereto after probationary period.

                  第二十三條 本合同未盡事宜或與今后國家、北京市有關規定相悖的,按有關規定執行。

                  Clause 23 Matters not covered in this Contract or any conflict between such uncovered matters and relevant future regulations of the State and Beijing Municipality shall be subject to such relevant future regulations.

                  Working hours, rest breaks and holidays

                  In accordance with government requirements, party A and party B should strictly comply with rules of woking times.For option A, the normal working hours of the Employee shall be eight hours each day, excluding meals and rest for an average of five days per week, for an average of forty hours per week. The Employer may extend working hours due to the requirements of its production or business after consultation with the trade union and the Employee ,but the extended working hour for a day shall generally not exceed one hour; If such extension is called for due to special reasons, the extended hours shall not exceed three hours a day. However, the total extension in a month shall not exceed thirty-six hours. For option B or C, on the basis of ensure party B have a good health and would listen to party B’s idea, party A can take measures of concentrated work, concentrated rest, additional time off , flexible working hour to ensure party B can enjoy the right of rests,vocations and can complete productions and working tasks.

                  Party B shall be entitled to legal annual vacations.

                  Article 4

                  Labor Remuneration

                  1. The salary of the Employee is RMB _____ per month in the probationary period. This salary should not lower than the lowest salary standard on the same position in our company or 80%of its official wage, and its also shouldn’t lower than local minimum wage standard.

                  Article 5

                  Insurance, Welfare and Benefits

                  1. Party A shall pay relevant social insurance to designated authorities on Party B’S behalf in a timely manner in accordance with government requirements. And the personal part will be deducted from the salary.

                  2. Party B"s vocation of pregnancy, childbirth, breast-feeding and the corresponding treatment should according to the relevant regulations,such as maternity insurance, female employee"s labor protection,etc.

                  3. The treatment for Party B’s occupational disease or job related injuries (death), sickness or non-job related injuries, and the provied of medicaid expenses paid should be carry out by ndustrial injury insurance, medical insurance and related provisions.

                  Article 6

                  Working Protection & Working Conditions

                  a. Party A and Party B shall strictly comply with the national regulations which concerning production safety and abide by regulations of labour protection and occupational hazards and protection of workers.

                  b. Party A shall provide Party B protection facilities, equipment and labor protection articles and other labor protection conditions in accordance with the national labor.

                  c. Party B shall strictly comply with the safe operation and the relevant rules and regulations prepared by Party A in accordance with law. If Party A illegal command or force risk operation, party B have the right to refuse it.

                  d. Party A must strictly implement relevant Occupational Disease Prevention Laws, for the positions expose to occupational disease hazards,such as exposure to dust, radioactive substances and other toxic and hazardous substances, Party A should tell the truth and its consequences on occupational hazards, protective measures and treatment of occupational diseases to party B, and take preventive measures and protection facilities which meet the requirements of the national occupational health.

                  e. If Party B is engaged in the operation that may expose to occupational disease hazards, Party A shall organize occupational health examination before go on duty and leave the post in accordance with relevant national provisions, and shall conduct regular occupational health examination on Party B during the contract term.

                  Article 7

                  Amendment, Termination and Ending of Employment Contracts

                  1. The employment contract could be amended in a friendly negotiation with the amendment procedure operating in time.

                  2. Other than the circumstances stipulated in Article 38 in “Employment Contract Law”, Party B may terminate his employment contract upon 30 days’ prior written notice to Party A. During his probation period, he may terminate his employment contract by giving Party A three days’ prior notice.

                  3. Party A may terminate employment contract involving in the circumstances specified in Article 39, 40 & 41 in “Employment Contract Law”. Should Party B falls in the circumstance specified in Article 42 in “Employment Contract Law”, Party A must not terminate employment contract according to items regulated in Article 40 & 41 in “Employment Contract Law”.

                  4. The employment contract may terminate if it conforms to the circumstance as specified in “Employment Contract Law” and other national, provincial and municipal employment contract related provisions.

                  5. Termination of employment contract to employees who suffer employment injury or occupational disease shall be operated against national employment injury provisions.

                  6. Party A shall pay the employee severance pay involving in the circumstances specified in Article 46 in “Employment Contract Law”.

                  7. At the time of termination or ending of an employment contract, Party A shall issue a proof of termination or ending of the employment contract and, within 15 days, carry out the procedures for the transfer of Party B’s file and social insurance account. Party B shall carry out the procedures for the handover of his work as agreed by the parties.

                  Article 8

                  Party A shall establish internal rules and regulations against legal procedures with Party B informed and noted. Party B shall strictly abide by rules and regulations set by Party A.

                  Article 10

                  Where an employment dispute between the parties takes place during the performance of this contract, the parties concerned may seek for a settlement through consultation or may apply to the employment dispute mediation committee of Party A’s unit for mediation. If the mediation fails and one of the parties requests for arbitration, that party may also directly apply to the employment arbitration committee located in Party A’s for arbitration in 60 days upon the employment dispute occurrence.

                  Article 11

                  For matters not covered by this contract, or in the event that the provisions of this contract contravene applicable laws, regulations and policies, applicable laws, regulations and policies shall control.

                  Article 12

                  This contract shall be in duplicate copies, with one copy for each of the parties, and shall take effect upon affixation thereto of the signature and seals of the parties.                   1.2 Confidential Information: (a) means any information, technical data, or know-how considered confidential by Party A or Party A’s Affiliate(s), including but not limited to, research, products, software, services, development, inventions, processes, specifications, designs, drawings, diagrams, engineering, marketing, techniques, mask works, design tapes, documentation, customer and supplier information, pricing information, procedures, data, concepts, and financial, marketing, sales, manufacturing, operational, strategic planning, budgeting and other information disclosed by Party A or Party A’s Affiliate(s), which is clearly marked or identified as “Confidential” in case of disclosure in any tangible form and which is clearly designated as confidential at the time of disclosure and thereafter reduced to a written summary within thirty (30) days in case of disclosure in any intangible form.(b)any and all information or documents that Party A or Party A’s Affiliate(s) should keep confidential to the third party.

                  2. 聘用期限、勞動報酬

                  2. Term of Labor Contract, Remuneration of Labor

                  2.1 甲方聘用乙方的合同種類、期限、試用期、工資計算方式、具體數額、工作地點、職位、工作內容及職責范圍詳見本合同附件—:《員工聘用期限/薪資/工作說明表》。

                  2.1 Labor Contract type, period, probation period, salary calculation, the amount, working place, title, job description and responsibility will refer to the Attachment one (“Employee Job period/ Salary/ Job Description Form) of this Labor contract.

                  2.2 乙方同意根據附件一的相關規定從事相應的崗位工作并領取工資,附件一中的工資數額為稅前工資數額,甲方需依法為乙方代扣代繳由此產生的個人所得稅。

                  2.2 Party B agrees to work and get the salary from Attachment one, the amount showed in the attachment 1 is before-tax salary and that Party A will deduct the income tax for Party B according to the laws.

                  2.3 甲方應每月 日前以貨幣(人民幣)形式足額支付乙方工資。在法定工作時間內,乙方完成甲方規定的合理工作任務的,月工資不得低于本市規定的職工月最低工資標準。甲方安排乙方加班或延長工作時間,應根據國家及本市有關規定,按公司加班政策支付報酬。

                  2.3 Party A should pay the salary to Party B with the RMB currency form. In the legal working hour, Party B should finish the reasonable and according job, the salary of each month should not is low than the lowest salary standard of the local. If Party A arranges Party B to overtime work or extend the working time, Party A should pay the according allowance based on laws and regulation of the country and the local.

                  3. 社會保險、休息休假及福利待遇

                  3. Social Insurance/ Rest and Holiday/ Welfare

                  3.1 甲方按照相關法律法規的規定為乙方繳納社會保險費,其中乙方個人應承擔的部分,由甲方按月在乙方的工資中代扣代繳。

                  3.1 Party A will pay for all mandatory social insurance according to the relevant government and city regulations, and deduct the parts that need to be paid by Party B from Party’s salary of each month.

                  3.2 乙方患職業病、因工負傷或非因工負傷時其工資和醫療待遇按國家有關規定執行。

                  3.2 During the period of occupational disease, work-related injury and non-work related injury, Party B’s salary and medical welfare will be paid according to relevant regulation of government.

                  3.3 乙方依法享受國家法定的節假日、婚假、產假、喪假等,詳細情況見甲方有關規定。公司的生活福利政策,見甲方的有關規定。

                  3.3 Party B is entitled to official holiday, marriage leave, maternity leave, funeral leave and so on, the detail please refer to Party’s relevant regulation. Party B’s welfare policy will be described in the relative regulation.

                  4. 工作時間、工作安排、加班認定及調崗調薪

                  4. Work Hour/ Job Arrangement/ Overtime Work cognizance/ Adjustment of occupation and salary

                  4.1 乙方應當遵循甲方的工作時間制度:具體請參看甲方的《員工手冊》、《考勤管理實施辦法》等相關規定。

                  4.1 Party B should obey Party A’s work hour policy, the detail please refer to Party A’s Employee Handbook, attendance policy and so on.

                  4.2 甲方可以根據生產和工作需要及乙方的能力和表現合理調整乙方的工作,乙方愿意服從甲方的管理和安排。

                  4.2 Party A can adjust Party B’s occupation based on the need of product and job, and Party B’s ability and performance, Party B agrees to obey Party A’s management and arrangement.

                  4.3 乙方加班須根據甲方的《員工手冊》及《加班管理辦法》等相關規章制度規定的內容執行。

                  4.3 Overtime work of Party B should be carried out based on Party B’s Employee Handbook, Overtime work policy and other relative regulations.

                  4.4 乙方在日常工作中應按照公司的要求工作。按時完成規定的合理工作數量,達到規定的質量標準。甲方可根據工作需要、雇員的績效表現及身體狀況可以調整雇員的工作崗位,并根據合同約定實行變崗變薪制度。

                  4.4 Party B should work as Party A’s request and meet Party A’s request from the amount and quality standard. Party A can adjust the employee’s occupation based on job need, employee’s performance and body health, and the salary will be changed accordingly.

                  5. 商業秘密

                  5. Confidential Information

                  5.1 除非事先經過甲方董事會批準,或因乙方履行在甲方的職務所必須披露外,乙方不得將其從甲方或甲方的關聯企業取得或獲悉的商業秘密以任何方式提供給其他任何第三方,也不得將該等商業秘密向社會公開,亦不得為非工作的目的而私自使用該等商業秘密。

                  5.1 Unless getting prior Party A’s director approval, or the disclosure purpose of fulfilling Party A’s occupation, Party is prohibited to disclose the Confidential Information to any third party by any method, to disclose to public and to use it for the non-work purpose.

                  5.2 在本合同終止之后,乙方在本條款下的保密義務并不隨之終止,乙方仍需遵守保密條款,履行其所承諾的保密義務,直到甲方同意其解除此項義務,或事實上不會因違反本保密條款而給甲方或甲方的關聯企業造成任何形式的損害時為止。

                  5.2 This Confidentiality liability of Party B shall survive the termination or expiration of this Labor Contract.

                  5.3 乙方在聘用期限內編制的、使用或持有的、與甲方或甲方的關聯企業秘密有關的任何文件(包括所有往來書信、客戶名單、筆記、備忘錄、計劃、圖紙和其他性質文件)、模具及樣本均屬于甲方或甲方的關聯企業所有。如甲方或甲方的關聯企業要求,乙方應立即將上述任何文件、資料或軟件,交還甲方或甲方的關聯企業,并且不得以任何方式繼續保留、保存、擁有或使用上述文件、資料或軟件。

                  5.3 Any documents controlled by Party B during the Labor Contract period, which is relative with the Confidential Information, including but not limited all letters, customer list, note, memo, plan and others, model, and sample belong to Party’s A and its Affiliate(s). Party B should immediately return them to Party A or Party A’s Affiliate(s) if required by Party A or its Affiliate(s), and is prohibited to retain, keep, own or use them.

                  5.3 乙方在甲方工作其間,未經第三方(此款所謂之第三方包括乙方之前之所有雇主)和甲方的許可,不得使用任何第三方的商業秘密和其他知識產權。不得將任何第三方的商業秘密帶入甲方公司。違反此規定給甲方造成的任何損失由乙方承擔。甲方有權根據規章制度對乙方進行處理。

                  案例 | 合同翻譯有歧義引發勞動糾紛?法官:英文版勞動合同也受中國法律約束

                  隆安律所上海分所勞動法實務

                  外企與外籍雇員因對勞動合同中的英文“Termination”的中文翻譯產生嚴重分歧,雙方就是否支付解除勞動合同補償金走上了法庭。

                  近日,上海市靜安區人民法院法官運用嫻熟的法律專業英語,成功化解了雙方的分歧,并當庭達成和解協議:由外企支付離職員工醫療保險補貼及經濟補償金共計9萬余元。

                  2010年4月,擁有意大利國籍的桑特與某外商圖文設計(上海)有限公司(以下簡稱圖文公司)簽署為期5年的勞動合同,桑特受聘擔任該公司總經理一職。

                  該勞動合同用中文和英文兩種語言書寫,雙方約定兩種文字合同具有同等效力,兩種文字如有不符,雙方確認以英文版為準。

                  2013年4月17日,桑特以書面形式向圖文公司法定代表人提交了辭呈,稱根據勞動合同的約定以提前60天期限提出解除通知,該辭呈從當年6月18日起生效。

                  還要求公司給付薪資及住房補貼、醫療保險補貼。桑特離職前12個月平均工資為稅前人民幣40.9萬元。自當年6月至9月間,桑特與圖文公司就上述費用多次交涉,無法達成一致意見。

                  2014年5月12日,桑特向上海市勞動仲裁委申請仲裁,要求公司支付解除勞動合同經濟補償金及3年未付的醫療保險補貼。然而,桑特僅獲醫療保險補貼6900美元的裁決支持。

                  桑特不服,起訴至法院,請求判令圖文公司支付解除勞動合同經濟補償金17.1萬余元及延期違約金,支付醫療保險補貼6900美元等。

                  庭審中,承辦法官陳燕雯發現,在桑特提供的該勞動合同中文版中有多處翻譯錯誤或不夠精準之處,如翻譯英語版本中“Termination”一詞應包含“終止”和“解除”兩層意思,具體釋義需視語境而定。

                  針對桑特聘請參加庭審的翻譯沒有受過專業法律英語的培訓,對“Termination”一詞的確切含義,法院無法認同桑特解釋為“終止”。若圖文公司無過錯而桑特提出“解除”,只能認定系其個人的辭職,個人辭職則公司無需支付解除勞動合同經濟補償金等。

                  庭審中,法官多次指出桑特聘請的翻譯人員不精準之處,并用法律專業英語解釋了合同約定,避免了雙方進一步無謂的庭上交鋒。

                  法官指出,雙方在合同中約定中文和英文不符時,以英文為準。對勞動合同條款中“Termination”理解應全面考察。細看整個勞動合同,在有區別“解除”和“終止”的場合,對應使用的是“dissolution”來表達“解除”,“termination”來表達“終止”。

                  特別是勞動合同中“使用的變更、解除和終止”,分別對應使用了“modification”、“dissolution”和“termination”,而“本合同解除或終止時”對應的英文翻譯分別為“dissolution”和“termination”。

                  從該勞動合同看,能否給予經濟補償金,與合同期滿桑特可享受的基本養老待遇的情形有關:或退休、宣告死亡、宣告失蹤及死亡;或公司破產、解散、被吊銷營業執照、責令關閉等現象。

                  如此理解該案勞動合同與《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》設定的勞動合同終止,用人單位支付經濟補償金的情形相一致。桑特非因公司過錯,單方面提出解除勞動合同,圖文公司不支付經濟補償金符合《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》規定,況且圖文公司不存在惡意拖欠醫療保險補貼情形。

                  在陳燕雯循循善誘的調解下,桑特也漸漸理解了簽署合同的結構及“termination”在合同中表達的含義,更理解了法官苦口婆心的目的。見狀,陳燕雯又及時解釋了中國法律,對用人單位單方面解除勞動關系與雙方協商終止勞動合同,對勞動者的不同補償方式,還釋明了中國法律對舉證的規定。

                  在說法條理清晰、運用英語交談流利的法官面前,桑特和圖文公司均表示出調解的誠意,最終雙方達成由圖文公司給付桑特醫療保險補貼及經濟補償金9萬余元的調解協議。

                  簽署完法律文書后,桑特豎起大拇指,露出了滿意的笑容。他對中國法官嫻熟的法律知識和精準的外語功底表示由衷的贊賞。

                  法官說法

                  英文版勞動合同也受中國法律約束

                  陳燕雯法官說,設立在中國的外企招聘外籍雇員,大多都會簽署有中英版的勞動合同。不管是中文版合同還是英文版合同,只要在中國發生勞動合同糾紛引發訴訟,都應適用中國的法律,除非雙方在勞動合同中有明確的約定。

                  《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》規定,屬于勞動者個人提前通知解除勞動合同的,企業則不支付經濟補償金,但屬于勞動者與企業協商解除勞動合同的,則企業根據情況支付勞動者一定的經濟補償金;若屬于企業提出終止勞動合同的,則由企業按勞動者的工作年限和工資標準支付勞動者經濟補償金。

                  清代“紅頂商人”胡雪巖說:“做生意頂要緊的是眼光,看得到一省,就能做一省的生意;看得到天下,就能做天下的生意;看得到外國,就能做外國的生意。”可見,一個人的心胸和眼光,決定了他志向的短淺或高遠;一個人的希望和夢想,決定了他的人生暗淡或輝煌。
