一、技師學院學生特點以及計算機教學課堂現狀分析
技師學院學生的特點
第一，學生的年齡一般比較小，大多數都是處在十
六、七歲，一方面，他們有強烈的求知欲和好奇心，接受新鮮事物的能力比較強，另一方面，他們仍處在青春期，思想不穩定，在學習思維上面還沒有形成一定的模式，很容易受到外界所施加的影響。第
二，技校的學生相比其他大專院校的學生來說，他們的基礎是相對比較差的，生源多為升不上大學的畢業生，認真水平低，大部分的學生缺少學習的積極性.尤其是在應試教育的大環境下，他們的學習成績不好，得不到老師的認可，久而就是就會對學習喪失興趣，甚至是排斥學習。第

第一，教師的教學方法比較單一，缺少系統性的教學模式。計算機學科同其他的學科是有很大不同的，它的知識更新速度比較快，老師需要不斷更新自己的知識才能夠勝任這一職務。但是在實際教學工作中老師卻很少注意到這一點，往往采取單一的灌輸式的教學方法，缺少對課程的預先設計，不考慮學生的學習感受，使得學生更加失去了學習的興趣。第
二，對學生的評價方法過于陳舊，在計算機考核中存在嚴重缺陷。在技師學院中，對課程進行考核評價的時候，依舊是采用傳統的評價方法，忽視的職業教育的自身特征，嚴重阻礙著學生職業技能水平的提高。并且過于追求考試分數的評價體系，使得教學目標和現實嚴重背離，不利于學生的未來就業。第
三，學生對學習的積極性不高，在課堂上很難完成教師布置的任務。由于技師學院的學生，本身基礎知識就比較差，再加上所處在這樣一個大環境中很少會有學生能夠真正靜下心來去學習專業知識。所以在計算機課堂教學中很多的學生都不會認真的去聽老師授課，而是在課堂是進行自己的小動作，導致老師所教授的知識并沒有得到有效吸收。
二、技師學院計算機教學課堂改革的實踐性嘗試
鑒于以上的計算機課堂教學中存在的問題，結合計算機專業學生的特點。筆者從以下幾個方面實踐研究，對計算機專業畢業的學生更好的就業起到積極的推動作用。
結合不同學生所學技術的不同，尋找計算機教學在生活中的具體意義，增加學生的學習熱情
第一，不少實踐已經表明，學生對現實生活中所存在的事物感興趣程度遠遠大于書本上面的靜態文字，所以教師在進行教學的時候一定要把生活引入到教材，結合學生的具體生活進行教學，提高他們的求知欲。第
二，結合具體的職業特色和需求，及時更新教學內容.計算機學科的知識更新是比較迅速的，為了滿足學生所學知識能夠滿足未來的就業需求，就需要根據就業崗位不斷變動要求適時更新教學第
三，在進行知識的講解時，要注意聯系學生的切身經歷。比如說在講解 photo shop 這一章節的時候，老師不要單純的講解抽象的知識和步驟，老師可以選擇幾張學生的生活照進行具體操作，這樣會很容易吸引學生的注意力，增加他們的學習積極性，教學工作才會取得更好的成果。
對教學媒體要做到充分合理的應用
第一，老師在進行課堂演示的時候，要突出重點，進行有側重性的演示。老師在進行計算機知識講解的時候，利用多媒體所演示的內容一定要與教材內容相結合，并且還要突出重點，演示的過程不是目的，讓學生真正學習到教學上面的知識才是教師授課的目的。第
二，在演示文稿的制作上面，要考慮學生的偏好性。演示的畫面要盡量保持簡潔，上面的描述文字要做到簡練，給人一種很直觀的感受，這樣才能夠得到學生的認同，他們在學習起來才會更有積極性。第
三，老師在進行演示的時候，一定要把演示和適當的講解相結合起來，并且在進行講解的時候，要多走動增加和學生之間的溝通.這樣能夠使得學生能夠把不太理解的部分及時反饋給老師，這樣老師在講解的時候就會有所側重。
將游戲引入到計算機教學中來
學生們可以說是幾乎全部都在玩電腦游戲，電腦游戲對他們具有獨特的吸引力，基于此老師在進行授課的時候，可以把電腦游戲和授課的內容相結合，激發學生的學習熱情。比如說向 大航海時代 這款游戲，里面包含很多的地理知識，老師可以通過引導減少學生的盲目性，讓他們在游戲中學習到知識;再比如說打字游戲，它可以起到鍛煉學生打字速度效果，并且還增加了他們在學習中的趣味性。

XX年財政工作承諾
