2018年畢業生就業質量年度報告
外語系現有英語、日語、翻譯、漢語國際教育、商務英語五個本科專業,所有專業都實行文理兼招,在校學生3541人。本系現有教職工105人,其中教授6人,副教授4人,講師31人,外籍教師7人,輔導員10人,教學秘書2人;具有碩士、博士學位的教師占教師總數的70%,教師多數來自國內外名牌大學,是一支素質優良、學術水平較高、教學經驗豐富的師資隊伍。本系生源主要來自廣東、福建、廣西、海南、湖南、四川、重慶這7大省份,其中以廣東省生源為主,約占85%。畢業生主要在經貿、金融、外事、文化、教育等部門從事外貿跟單、翻譯、培訓師、教學等工作,約5%的學生考取國內外大學研究生繼續深造。總體就業率高達98.97%。本系基礎教學設施完備,多媒體教學設備功能齊全,建有校企結合外語教學實習、實訓、就業基地15個,能較好滿足外語教學和學生技能培訓等需要。
至辦學以來,外語系堅持科學嚴謹的辦學理念,以人為本、尊師愛生、鼓勵改革、激勵創新、博采眾長、團結奮進,致力培養具有國際視野和適應經濟社會發展需要,德、智、體、美全面發展,知識、能力、素質相互協調的應用型、復合型外語專門人才。2018年,廣東海洋大學寸金學院外語系共有畢業生394人,截止12月3日,外語系英語專業畢業生就業率為97.67%,日語專業畢業生就業率為98.08%、翻譯以及商務英語專業就業率高達100%。

2018年,廣東海洋大學寸金學院外語系共有畢業生394人,其中英語專業畢業生150人(含專插本18人)、商務英語畢業生147人、翻譯專業畢業生44人、日語專業畢業生53人。394名畢業生中女生325人,其中英語專業125人,商務英語127人,翻譯39人,日語專業34人,占畢業生總數的比例分別為31.72%、32.23、9.9%、8.6%;男生69人,其中英語專業25人,商務英語20人,日語專業19人,翻譯5人,占畢業生總數的比例分別為6.3%、5.0%、4.8 %、1.3 %。各專業層次畢業生性別比例構成如下:

3、畢業生就業地區分布
2018屆本科畢業生主要流向仍為廣東省,占畢業學生總數的96.4%。在廣東省以外地區,上海市、福建省以及湖北省為2%、云南省以及廣西壯族自治區為0.3%;在廣東省內地域分布中,廣州為27%,深圳為22%,東莞為11%,佛山為10%,湛江為7%(詳情見圖1-5/1-6),近8成廣東省內就業的學生選擇在廣州、深圳、東莞、珠海等城市工作。

4、畢業生就業薪酬標準及專業對口情況
外語系2018屆畢業生轉正后平均工資為4035,從專業層面看,最高是商務英語專業,達到4120元,其次是日語專業,為4031元,翻譯專業為4002元,英語專業為3985;專業對口率占比超一半的有商務英語專業和翻譯專業,分別為63.70%,52.38%,其次是日語專業,為46.15%,英語為37.50%,系總體專業對口率為49.87%。

二、就業工作主要特點
(一)全面推進畢業生就業措施
隨著經濟結構的調整和高校畢業生人數持續增加,大學生就業難的現狀很難在短期內得以解決。不斷提高人才培養質量,增強畢業生的就業核心競爭力是解決大學生就業難的根本途徑。
1、高度重視就業工作 健全完善就業工作機制
本系領導高度重視畢業生的就業工作,在全面學習我院就業指導方針的基礎上健全完善“全面抓就業,全員抓就業,全程抓就業”的就業工作機制,積極配合學院的就業工作,共同推進學院畢業生就業工作。通過走訪校友,推薦就業、建立研究發展與職業培訓中心、建立實訓就業基地等舉措完善就業工作機制,保障就業工作的順利開展。進一步健全鼓勵畢業生到基層就業的服務保障機制,繼續加大對家庭經濟困難畢業生、殘疾畢業生、少數民族畢業生和就業困難等特殊群體畢業生的幫扶力度。
2、加大市場開拓和就業需求信息傳播力度,提高校園招聘質量
市場開發是就業工作的重要內容,為了切實的做好畢業生就業工作,我系與15家企業建立了校企合作的實習實訓基地,組織畢業生到實訓基地進行實習,進一步密切了學校與用人單位的聯系,對促進畢業生就業、對學校人才培養機制改革起到了較好的作用。
要高度重視就業需求信息和就業政策的宣傳,努力讓每一位畢業生都知曉。要充分利用就業指導中心網頁、微博、微信、飛信、QQ等新媒體,及時的宣傳解讀國家出臺的促進就業創業的政策措施和各單位就業需求信息。要根據畢業生的就業意向和求職需求,分時段、分類別推送相關單位、企業招聘信息和基層就業、自主創業、三支一扶、困難幫扶等政策措施,提高宣傳的針對性和有效性。
與此同時,我院建成了以校園專場招聘會和校內大中小型企業供需見面會為主體、多種形式供需見面活動并存的大學生就業市場。針對2018屆畢業生,學校舉辦了幾十場次的校園專場招聘會、行業及地區組團招聘會,為畢業生擇業提供了多項選擇。并且為畢業生開設了以面試類型、面試技巧、簡歷的制作等為主題的講座,增強畢業生的職業技能知識。
3、引導和鼓勵畢業生到基層就業
目前,我系絕大部分的畢業生把就業首選地放在發達城市而不是基層,近些年,國家為解決大學生就業,雖然出臺了三支一扶、西部計劃等相關政策,但整體上大學生的基層就業意識依然淡薄,選擇時更加注重個人利益,缺乏開拓精神,不愿到經濟收入不高,工作環境偏遠的地方工作,這就是就業觀念出了問題,需要加以引導,當然不止是學生層面,包括社會層面、家長層面都要更新就業觀念。要加大媒體宣傳力度,鼓勵大學生到基層工作的熱情,形成到基層工作為榮,到基層工作受尊敬的良好社會氛圍;家長要擺正心態,轉變就業觀念,鼓勵支持孩子到基層工作,大學生要降低期望值,相信到基層能提到提煉,能提升自信心,更好的發揮自己的才干等
(二)就業指導服務情況
1、校園招聘活動
2018屆寸金專場招聘會,有140多家用人單位提供可供選擇需求崗位近600個,包括由我系牽頭引進的三家企業,廣州卡辰電子科技有限公司、東榮硅膠制品有限公司、深圳禮朋達文化禮品有限公司,據會后反饋,參與卡辰電子科技有限公司面試的外語系畢業生達40多人,當中有11位符合公司要求,禮朋達公司和東榮硅膠制品有限公司共接收70多份外語系畢業生簡歷,當場接受面試31人,通過12人。
2、職業規劃與就業指導教育及服務
目前我系畢業生基本已經全部就業,但部分學生的就業質量不高,為此,我系提出了突出指導,強化服務的口號,努力提高自身的服務水平和服務能力。一方面,針對學院開設的就業指導課,輔導員面對面地給予指導;另一方面,積極組織學生參加各級人才市場和招聘大會,尤其向自己專業相關的就業單位。此外,我系就業工作指導小組還根據我系的不同特點,結合用人單位的具體要求,要求各專業教研室對學生做側重點不同的指導。
3、落實特殊群體就業幫扶措施,加大就業指導服務力度
在完善就業幫扶制度的基礎上加大對家庭經濟困難、就業困難、少數民族畢業生和殘疾畢業生等特殊群體的幫扶,實行“經濟上扶持、信息上照顧、心理上疏導”的三位一體扶持措施。通過舉辦專場招聘活動、技能培訓、崗位推薦等多種方式,幫助他們實現就業。學院針對家庭經濟困難及求職有困難畢業生進行就業補助,我系陳政濤老師以及楊子熵老師本著引導,幫助的原則,積極主動聯系經濟特困生,傳達補貼申請條件和相關問題,最終我系共有黃少顏、蔡妙瑩、謝舒媚等三名畢業生申請并順利獲得了國家困難畢業生求職補貼。對離校未就業畢業生持續提供就業信息和服務,幫助他們盡早就業,切實做到“離校不離心、服務不斷線”。建立健全職業發展和就業指導服務體系,結合當前經濟發展新業態和新常態,及時將學科專業動態和行業發展成果融入課堂教學,開展個性化輔導與咨詢,幫助畢業生合理確立職業目標,及時疏導畢業生求職過程中的焦慮、依賴等心理問題。積極組織職業規劃大賽、模擬面試大賽等課外活動,充分發揮就業實踐活動的帶動作用,進一步提高就業指導的實效性。
三、人才培養特色對促進畢業生就業的影響
根據本系的專業特點及人才培養方案,建立完善融知識學習、人格培育及綜合素質于一體的人才培養體系,積極探索創新各類拔尖人才培養模式,把提高人才培養質量作為就業根本要素,努力打造學生的核心就業競爭力。從我系的專業特色入手,著力進行培養方案的創新和完善,培養適應市場需要的國際化復合型人才。 通過構建國際化的學科課程體系和跨學科專業技能交叉的課程體系,大力培養具有跨文化交流能力的高素質、強外語、精專業“的復合型人才。圍繞我系的人才培養目標,設置了思想引領、國際培養、校園文化、社團活動、實踐育人、志愿服務、就業創業等平臺,為學生提高綜合素質、增強口語交流能力、豐富實踐經歷提供有力支持,也塑造了大批高質量、高素質的人才。2018年外語系就業工作在全體師生員工的共同努力下,實現既定的工作目標,就業率、就業質量和就業滿意度都保持高位穩定。 初步建立了比較完善的畢業生就業指導與服務體系,為促進畢業生更加充分和更高質量的就業打下了良好的基礎。2018年學校就業工作呈現出如下特色:
(一)隨著我國高等教育的發展,高校校友發揮著重要的作用
多年來,外語系堅持發展及維系校友關系,通過校友資源輻射地區就業工作。其一,我系注重借鑒國內外校友工作經驗,借學院成立第一屆校友會之機,積極邀請知名校友返校開辦講座,為在校學生交流職場經驗。其二,結合校情,建立校友工作網絡,整合開發校友數據庫,暢通校友就業實習實訓基地合作渠道,為開拓地方就業市場打下良好基礎。其三,我系發展創新校友文化,倡導共贏、和諧、溫馨、互助校友關系,據統計,我系畢業生在廣東省部分地區已以班級、年級為單位建立校友會。
(2)積極引進高科技企業進校建立研究發展與職業培訓中心
目前,除東軟集團股份有限公司外,東莞硅膠有限責任公司與我系初步達成在校設立的職業發展中心的合作意向,其中有六名畢業生順利通過面試進入東該公司實習。與我系初步達成在校設立的職業發展中心的合作意向。2011年至今我系建有校企結合外語教學實習、實訓、就業基地15個,主要分布在廣州、東莞、湛江三個主要區域,共可接納實習學生人數780人,實習實訓崗位主要針對我系英語、日語專業的學生,能較好滿足外語教學和學生技能培訓等需要,提升我系學子的實踐能力。
(3)外語系注重加強一線實際工作經驗的“雙師型“師資隊伍建設
注重引進有企業工作經歷,有實訓工作經驗的青年教師,建立并實施了青年教師進企事業單位實踐進修制度使教師通過企業鍛煉、進行應用型科技開發,不斷提升實踐應用能力,提高實踐教學能力,增強實踐環節的教學工作。
(4)努力建立校外實習實訓就業基地
有目的分層次引導學生下到企業,與企業共同優化實踐教學環節。通過多措并舉讓學生接近企業前沿技術,讓企業生產現場在教學過程中得到充分的反映,讓學生在畢業后能夠有能力實踐于企業,奉獻于社會,實現學生、學校、企業與社會的共贏。
(五)加強專業化的就業輔導提高學生求職技能
我系學生學科優勢明顯,專業針對性強,就業方向較為明晰,根據這一特點我系開展了類別豐富、針對性強的就業輔導活動,提高學生的就業技能。針對畢業生就業中出現的新情況、新問題,全面開展就業和創業指導與服務工作。
(六)定期跟蹤畢業生就業動態
做好畢業生就業服務。建立定人定期跟蹤聯系,通過電話、QQ、走訪等方式實時更新畢業生就業情況,同時對未實現就業的畢業生進行重點關注。
四、畢業生就業質量跟蹤反饋
招生、培養、就業、校友是高校人才培養的“四部曲”。學校通過“請進來”和“走出去”、“定期”和“不定期”等方式,采取畢業生、在校生、校友、用人單位“四維度指標”的綜合評價,保證了學校全方位、立體化獲取反饋信息,實現了招生、培養、就業等環節的關聯互動。本年度的畢業生就業跟蹤調查中,我系一共郵寄出387封信件對畢業生的就業情況進行調查,跟蹤調查的項目分別為廣東海洋大學寸金學院畢業生質量跟蹤調查問卷、廣東海洋大學寸金學院畢業生就業跟蹤調查問卷。回收匯總的情況如下:
英語專業共寄出147份,回收有效問卷46份,日語專業共寄出52份,回收有效問卷20份,翻譯共寄出42份,回收有效問卷15份,商務英語共寄出146份,回收有效問卷48份。
(一)畢業生意見
在接受本次調查的129名選擇“直接就業”的畢業生中,對現就業單位的滿意程度為“比較滿意”和“一般”的人數最多,選擇“不太滿意”和“很不滿意”的調查對象的比例較低;從問卷調查中可知,畢業生對其就業信息的獲取方式主要為供需見面會和互聯網信息;在就業指導、服務過程中,學生最希望學校加強“提高校園招聘質量”和“就業信息的發布”工作;此外,學生對學校的就業工作改進主要提出了如下建議:
1、充分利用校友資源,盡可能聯系更多知名企業來校招聘,提供更多的就業崗位;
2、完善招聘會的組織及信息發布,有效提升招聘現場組織工作的效率,拓寬就業信息發布渠道,更為快捷地更新就業信息;
3、多組織一些求職應聘技巧方面的培訓和講座。
(二)用人單位意見
通過對各項調查內容的統計,基本了解了用人單位對我系畢業生就業服務工作的評價掌握了用人單位對畢業生相關素質的要求,收集了用人單位對學校就業工作的意見和建議,為學校就業工作完善以及教育教學改革提供了有益參考。
接受本次調查的用人單位也對學校就業工作的滿意度情況進行了反饋。結果顯示百分之九十以上的用人單位對我校畢業生認定為“非常滿意”或“比較滿意”;從接受本次調查的用人單位對我系校畢業生應具備的素質要求來看,用人單位特別看重的是畢業生的“綜合素質”和“實際能力”,希望我系在人才培養方案中注重知識與實踐相結合,注重人才培養,提升學生的綜合素質。
