                  2014年4月29日,和同事開始第115屆廣交會之行,早上十點從北京出發,于當日晚上七點四十左右到達目的地廣州三寓賓館。。在辦理了入住手續,吃過晚飯,第一天也就結束了。
                  2014年4月30日,和同事一起乘坐賓館大巴前往展館進行占位布置工作,布置完之后,在整個展區逛了一圈之后乘坐大巴返回駐地。
                  2014年5月1日—2014年5月5日。從展會開幕到閉幕的5天時間里,接待了到訪的客戶,介紹產品信息,和客戶互換聯系方式,閑暇時間,去看了看同行的展位。吃過飯后乘坐大巴返回賓館。工作心得:

                  商遇到的如證件無法使用的基本問題,并錄入關于客商個人信息的資料。第一天去上班的時候,剛開始是既緊張又興奮的,害怕自己回放錯誤,再和他們的交流之后,我漸漸的放松了自己。我每天都堅持提前上班,可以在其他人到來之前,把每個辦公桌收拾整齊,這樣辦公室的人一到來就可以立刻投入工作。其實,我一直認為每個人都有他自己的優點,而且都有發揮它的地方,而我的實習經歷正應了我的想法。每天早廣交會實習的同學在7點半半左右到達我們的工作地點—B棟玻璃房。在完成打開電源,啟動電腦,檢查設備等一系列工作后,我們會在八點半左右開始一天了緊張的辦證工作。
                  廣交會的辦證工作是由個小組成員共同完成的,每一組有一名組長,二名電腦員,一名過塑員,一名收款員。每天早上八點半開始,便有客商進入玻璃房辦理藍卡。組長會站起來,接待客商。首先,我們會要求他們出示相關證件,包括護照,填好的藍表,一張照片。由于新辦藍卡和補辦以及廢卡重辦這三種情況的辦證要求不同,我們會先詢問客商是不是第一次來廣交會,如果是第一來,我們將會給他辦一張新卡,同時收取100元的費用;如果是之前來過廣交會,卻把藍卡弄丟了,則要求他補辦,并收取200元補辦費。這是大都數客商可能會有些不滿,覺得這很不公平,也不合理你,為什么新辦卡只有收取100元,而補辦卡卻要收取200元?
