As far as I am concerned, I quite disagree the phenomenon that excessive drinking at parties. Because it"s irresponsible for themselves and for others. Not only is drinking too bad for their body but it can also be a burden on their family and friends. Firstly, excessive drinking at the party is sure to cause inconvenience to the host. Secondly, the faux [f??] pas of drinking too much are sure to discount their impression. Besides, their families must be tired and sad about their behavior. Last but not least, there is no doubt that excessive drinking can damage their health and drunk driving after parties will increase danger.
In real life, there are plenty of examples of bloody cases because of excessive drinking at parties. For instance, on one night in 2015, Mr. Yang was killed in a car accident on his way home after drinking too much at the party. And there was a heavy burden on the family and the indelible pain of losing loved ones.
So how to avoid excessive drinking at parties? I have two suggestions. One is just say no before you start the party or when someone else is trying to persuade you. Another is focusing on other games or food at parties instead of dunking. Generally speaking, You should consider the consequences of overdrinking at parties. Don"t be a burden to the host and your family.
