                  高效學習方法和技巧

                  一、預習是學習的重要環節上課前充分預習,考試前充分地復習,與“打有準備之仗”有同曲之道。預習效果好,聽課才能有針對性;聽課有針對性,復習才能順利進行;復習深刻,作業、考試才能得心應手。所以說預習是學生學習過程中一個必不可少的環節。 

                    二、掌握好高效的聽課方法課上集中精力聽課,是掌握知識的捷徑。聽講時,思想上必須與老師講解的思路保持一致,聽老師對事物是怎樣分析、推理;聽老師解決問題是用什么方法、技巧;聽老師對問題有哪些提問和解釋。這樣才能把握住聽課的重點。聽講中,要把自己在預習中的理解,和老師講解的相比較,看自己和老師有哪些相同點和區別點。 

                    三、合理安排復習時間很多科學家通過研究發現,有幾個時間段有利于鞏固記憶:一是學習后最初幾分鐘內,電生理活動引起蛋白質的合成;二是學習后在48小時內復習;三是一周之后腦突觸發生永久性變化。根據人在學習過程中這一生理變化,采用復習加強記憶就顯得特別重要了。如果我們能夠在學習的內容即將忘記時進行復習,那么復習的效果最好,效率也最高。著名的心理學家艾賓浩斯通過實驗發現了人的記憶與遺忘規律。實驗證明:在學習僅過了20分鐘后,就忘記記憶內容的42%,1天后忘卻量已經達到了66%,到了第31天,忘卻量高達79%。他根據實驗結果,畫成了著名的遺忘曲線。并表明遺忘的規律是“先快后慢”。這條規律提示我們,—定要盡早、及時地對所學知識進行復習,以便在知識還在大腦內時就加深印記,否則大腦中已經沒有痕跡了,只能再費精力重學。合理安排復習時間特別重要并且必要,制定復習計劃,嚴格按精英特計劃執行,并力求形成習慣,是我們每一位學生都應該力求努力做到。 我們為什么要復習呢?因為我們記憶效果沒有那么好,不可能過目不忘,所以需要重復、增強記憶。同時,復習的進展也有利于學習效率的提高。 

                    四、做作業的科學方法這里有七種做作業的技巧:

                    1、先復習后做作業。復習是做好作業的關鍵,只有復習得好,作業才能做得好。做作業前先把老師這一節課所講的內容認真地看一看,弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作業,作業才能做得既快又好。

                    2、認真審題。 做作業最關鍵的—步就是審題,連題都判斷錯了,作業內容就全錯了。首先第—步要弄清楚題目的內容,所給的條件,什么要求,需要聯系哪些知識等等;其次是考慮好解題思路、方法、步驟,要善于把—道題分成幾部分,化大為小、化難為易、分清其中的已知和未知,弄清各部分的聯系,設計好整個解題步驟,—定要讓自己做到不明白題意不做題,不清楚方法步驟不下筆。

                    3、細心的做題。 做題是表達思路的全過程,這個過程要求既動腦、又動手。做題的關鍵是要保證“規范”、“準確”。要做到這兩點就要求學生認真的抄好題,書寫格式必須正確、規范,嚴格按照各類題的解題要求,仔細演算解題的每—步,得出正確的結果。只有平時做題認真細致,步驟完整,思路正確,表達嚴密,準確無誤,考試時才能按照這種良好的習慣進行

                    五、重視錯題積累在學習的過程中,同學們可能遇到過一錯再錯的現象

                  從踏進校門直到現在轉眼間已經過了大半個學期,在這個教學過程中有酸甜也有苦辣,教學問題也是因學生而異,前部分對學生的思想教育是多次的,效果不明顯,但是,時間久了學生就開始變化,原來教育真的可以改變一個人。本人通過結合問題生教育來談談對問題生教育的認識。

                  基本情況

                  我所教的學校是斗門區第三中等職業學校,是一所中等職業學校,生源以本地生源為主,在校學生3000多人。學生的綜合素質偏低。我校有這樣的狀況:想學的學生學不懂,不想學的學生又很聰明。我所帶的班是有42人,男生38人,女生4人。首先,由于電腦網絡班男生普遍比女生多,男生也比較調皮,很多學生對學習不感興趣。女生也比較認真學習,但是理解能力偏低。由于男生對學習的不感興趣,因此,在上課的時候,不愿意聽課的學生多半都把手機偷偷拿出來“上Q”,老師看到了就放回去,走了又拿出來玩。除了這樣,這類學生還沒有交過一次作業,經常遲到早退。對教師的教育半聽不聽,說過了就好一段時間,過幾天就打回原形,不過對教師還沒有敵視的狀態。我有時候在想:科技發達了給我們帶來很多的便利,交通的便利、通信的便利,而學生沒有正確理解手機的作用,反而被手機“玩”了。

                  其次,學生在機房上實操課的時候,學生是每人使用一臺電腦操作,這跟在課堂中上課有分別,主要以實操為主,教師是起引導作用。但是,有時候在課堂中會碰到這種情況:教師布置了任務之后接下來讓學生來操作,學生A就是不做,在課堂上隨意走動,隨意找同學“搭訕”,更有嚴重的就跟其他同學一起玩游戲,在課室里“嘀嘀嗒嗒”地響個不停,本來安靜的課堂一下子就變了鬧市,對他進行多次的教育還沒見成效,另外還有抽煙的現象。

                  再次,在一次上晚修的時候,很多學生都有帶手機和手表到課室上課,快到下課的時候,學生B就起來沖出后門口想走,我當時在講臺上看到了情況就把他叫住,說:鐘玲還沒有打響,還沒有下課,快點回到座位。他就說:“老師,到時間了,平時都是這個時間下課的。”說完就從后門走出去,我立刻走過去大聲地跟他進行教育,他就是不聽,還頂撞老師,說完就走了。隨后,有一部分同學跟著他離開了。

                  主要做法

                  對于學生上課玩手機的問題。學生玩手機的現象和普遍也很嚴重,通常學生上課玩手機都有幾種原因,大多數是厭學或課堂的平淡以及一個班風的影響所致,他們是輕度厭學的一種,對于教師的教育還是能夠接受。雖然玩手機現象很普通,但是引發的事情會很多。面對這種情況我采取以下措施:一經發現學生玩手機,我不會當著全班人的面來批評他,我會先用眼神提示他上課不要玩手機,如果在往后有好轉就不再處理,但是,一般學生玩手機都是很反復的。面對著些玩手機“成癮”的學生,如果當眾批評他或沒收了他的手機,他會覺得沒面子。而且,作為他們的重要財產之一——的手機被沒收了會感覺很氣憤的,搞不好會產生學生對老師的敵視的效果。所以,對玩手機“成癮”的學生,在上課的時候我會提示他,如果他還是不理會就課后把他就到辦公室談話,一般去到辦公室的學生都會安份守紀起來的,我會先了解學生為什么要玩手機呢?是不是不想學習還是課堂平淡所致呢。如果談話還是不能夠起效的話,上課的時候我就會把玩手機的同學的手機先收起來,當著全班公眾點名,點名的次數超過3次的就當曠課一次并沒收手機一天,超過5天就當曠課一次加上通知家長,再直到最后一節課下課再還。

                  對于在課堂上隨意走動的學生。我會先讓他單獨一個位置坐下來,問明白情況。具了解后,學生A是不愛學習,個性倔強,性格易沖動,有過幾次打架記錄,適宜單獨談話教育。他對這門課不是很感興趣,他比較喜歡做一些跟網絡有關的事情,他隨意走動就是要讓大家都清楚有那么一個“老大”存在,為了使他能夠學到知識,不在班里搗亂影響別的同學,在上課的時候,首先,我會把他安排到前面離我比較近的地方便于我的觀察;其次,安排些與網絡有關的任務給他做,跨課題的知識也可以;最后,經常在班上表揚該生的某方面能力的優秀,班上有關網絡的事都安排給他做。

                  對于晚修早退頂撞老師的學生B。該生比較調皮,打架抽煙也少不了。在他讀初中的時候已經很調皮,他的家人也忙著工作,對他看管得比較少,家人便漸漸默認了孩子是很調皮是沒辦法教了。再者,他在班里有一定的影響力,在班上拉攏了一幫人,在班風沒有形成好之前必須先“征服” 學生B。如果用一般的教育方法是不能達到明顯的效果。我把學生B調到班里的前面,把他和呼應的一幫人分開,該生比較好動,因此,我安排了體育委員的職位給他做,在課后多點跟他聊天了解情況跟他打好師生關系,經過多次的談話使他減少了對教師敵對的狀態,這有利于以后的教育。每個星期跟他談話一次,每隔兩個月跟他的家長聯系一次了解他的情況。經過思考,為了使他有紀律性和責任感,我再安排了晚修考勤的任務給學生B,在以后晚修的時候加強對早退學生的管理,快到下課的時候把課室的后面關上,剩下的正門由自己來看管。

                  存在問題

                  處理學生玩手機中存在的問題。方法實施了之后,雖然,能達到短時間的效果,但是,過了一段時間后,這種現象還是反復存在。沒有起到治本的作用。

                  處理學生隨意走動中存在的問題。實施了以上方法之后,該生能夠靜坐在自己的位置里,但是,他借著自己所學的網絡知識在上課的時候偷偷地改了IP,改了之后我這臺主機服務器就不能控制得到他那臺機,他就在玩起游戲來。不玩游戲就躺在桌面上睡覺。

                  處理學生早退頂撞老師中存在的問題。該生當了體育委員后,行為稍有好轉,但是由于該生比較調皮,在班上拉幫結隊,利用他體育委員的職務對班上看不順眼的事情都“抱打不平”,最后還跟班長鬧翻了。在我上課的時候就不鬧事,上其他課也鬧出很多問題來。

                  分析反思

                  玩手機成癮的學生屬于不良行為習慣型,他們一般對老師并沒有敵意,只是管不住自己,平時表現懶散。要讓他們不玩手機,必須嚴格控制每個學生在課堂上玩手機,必須用其他東西吸引他們的注意力,對他們進行珍惜時間的教育。

                  學生A屬于輕度厭學型,對教師的教育 “聽一半不聽一半”,有抽煙現象,不學習,不聽講,不寫作業,影響課堂的正常進行。

                  學生B屬于中度厭學型。上課不注意聽講。成績差。每日情緒不好,經常發脾氣,用極不耐煩或敵視的眼光回應教師的教育,但是對紀律處分仍有所畏懼,對班集體的各種活動沒有興趣,不理睬家長,經常頂撞家長而家長束手無策。這類學生能影響班風,身為教師的我必須要先把他“打敗”。必須對這類學生進行長時間的教育才能見效。

                  改進思路

                  結合班級管理與本人的實踐經歷總結所得:

                  1、先確定問題生有哪些,有什么程度的問題生。這有利于自己的工作,先確定好病因才能“對癥下藥”。

                  2、對待班風持 “看好、看差、帶中間”的態度,對一些影響課堂和班風建設的問題生必須把重心放到這些他們身上,如果該生很惡劣,但是沒有影響到班風的建設可以先放下,待班風建設好了,班主任在班里能夠樹立起威嚴的時候再慢慢對他們進行教育。

                  3、了解問題生的發展和家庭背景,學生在不同的家庭長大,父母對他們進行怎樣的教育都會影響著學生的性格形成。一般的問題生都出現父母離異或父母長期在外工作忽略了對學生的教育所致。對問題生教育必然要有家長們的配合,先了解該生在家害怕的家長是父親還是母親,再找他進行談話,盡可能改變家長教育孩子的觀念,使問題生的父母親對孩子進行適當的管理,讓他們信任學校對他們的孩子的教育。

                  4、了解問題學生的個性特征;處理好與他們的關系;盡量不要和問題生持敵對狀態;發現問題生的閃亮點;多安排集體活動,使學生形成班集體的觀念。

                  5、熟練掌握學校的規章制度,控制好處理問題學生中度的把握。配合學校和其他老師對問題生的教育工作,積極向各位任課老師了解問題生上課的一舉一動,正所謂“知己知彼,百戰百勝”。

                  以上是本人結合實際情況對問題生教育的一些看法,由于工作經歷和社會閱歷少,在處理這方面的問題會出現不少問題,希望在以后的工作中多學習、多思考、多處理問題來提高自己的教學管理能力,努力爭取當一名優秀的班主任。

                  各位領導、各位老師:

                  大家好!

                  今天我就班門弄斧,向多年奮戰在高三一線的各位同仁匯報一下去年高三九班班級管理工作的一些具體做法:

                  一、做好做實做細班級管理工作中的常規工作。

                  嚴格管理,齊抓共管,注重細節,堅持落實,營造良好的學習環境,并逐步提升班級的凝聚力。這是我高三班級管理的理念,并且用一年的時間一直在貫徹執行。

                  1.用良好的紀律做保證,從學習、衛生、德育甚至禮儀等各方面嚴格要求,齊抓共管。實施積分管理制度,對每個學生從學習、衛生、紀律各方面進行綜合管理,管理中從積分制度的制定到運行中出現不足的及時修改,都讓全班學生參與其中,班委值日,學生監督,班主任每天過問,每周一小總結,每月或每次大考后大總結,并且總結后及時對負分超過10分的談話,15分的做檢討,20分的請家長來共同教育,40分的交給年級嚴肅處理。這一管理制度從入班之后的執行,堅持了一年。即使到了后半期甚至到5、6月份,接近高考,幾乎沒有什么學生違紀的情況下,我們班的積分清算堅持到了6月。制度一旦確立,就要堅持執行,根據實情可隨時進行一些修改,但要堅持才有成效。當然其間也有許多的辛酸苦辣,自己因此受氣掉眼淚的時候也不少。舉兩個方面例子:

                  第一、制度運行初的兩個月,違紀的較多,我每天都在處理班務,簡直沒有空閑的時間。談話的、批評教育的、請家長幫助教育的,真有點手忙腳亂,應對不及,再加上遇見個別素質不高不理解的家長,心情更糟糕。后期對一些屢教不改三天兩頭犯事的,只能天天和他們較勁,特別郁悶的時候,我也常問自己,做這樣的瑣碎事情到底有沒有意義?當然看到許多的學生對我管理的理解和肯定,看到班級風氣逐漸好轉,我就有了堅持下去的決心和勇氣。事實證明,這樣一點一滴的治理是有成效的。

                  第二、我班有幾個難纏戶——第一類高天昊,張旭浩然。高天昊幾乎天天睡覺,根本不學習,張浩然無心學習,上課愛說話,他和高天昊開學初幾乎天天遲到,天天違紀,高天昊第一個月就能達到-30分!第二類李鵬濤。不學習,談戀愛,在宿舍玩撲克,不良習氣多,他的最大特點是在宿舍能攪得整個宿舍難以穩定,在老師面前卻做出很努力很上進的樣子。第三類李曉慶。品質差,晚上在宿舍玩手機,上課睡覺。他曾經在8月份、9月份兩次在二高貼吧上指責我是“暴力女班主任”,原因是他剛入班在后面做,上課打瞌睡曾多次被我拍醒,他在網上跟同學說“快把他嚇出精神病了“。第四類丁原。成績中等,卻不愿學習,經常偷偷晚上溜出去上網,白天瞌睡。這些學生總的特點就是:不求上進、無心學習,無視紀律。如果嚴管,應該在贏得班級穩定,學習風氣正的情況下,還能爭取一部分像丁原、李鵬濤這樣基礎還可以的學生;如果不管,影響極壞,肯定會影響到那一部分自制力差的學生,而那一部分學生正是我們要抓的。因此,我對他們的管理就是“持久戰”,可以說,他們上了一年的高三,我的思想交流、批評教育、各類處理幾乎進行了一年(中間高天昊實在熬不下去的時候,曾經請了一個多月的假回去打工了,對他的管理,我就輕松了那一個多月;李曉慶后期出現嚴重違紀帶手機、疑似偷盜、破壞學校管理工作最終被年級勸退,也讓輕松了許多)。這一年,我和他們家長打交道也是最多的,無奈的、求情的、淡漠應付式的,家長的種種態度我也逐一領教過。但對于這樣的學生,只能這樣堅持去管理,要讓所有學生都知道:你進了這個班,不守紀律,不學習,不上進就不行。雖然這需要班主任投入很多的精力,但也只有這樣才能保證整個班級的有良好學習環境,保證更多的學生去學習,努力想考上學,為學生后期越來越繁重的學習考試做最好最有力的保障。

                  因為這一制度的執行和落實,我班在入學初的一兩個月,較快地就營造了干凈、安靜的學習環境;在成績并不理想的初期階段能潛心努力學習;在一測取得一些成績后能戒驕戒躁,快速靜下心來繼續更緊張的復習;在二測三測后能用心比較差距,揚長避短,熬過了黎明前的黑暗,迎來了最重要最艱難的一站——高考!

                  2.注重營造班級文化氛圍。青年報的利用,青年報每期都有專人負責整理,掛在班級外邊墻上,讓學生利用飯間閱讀,勵志的文章我會在班上讀;板報的利用。根據高三教學的學情班報及時更換,激勵學生。

                  4、發揮好班干部的作用。班長閆思武擅長組織和管理,副班長馬恒擅長文字表達和繪畫編輯,團長書蔣偉濤擅長播音和攝像,宣傳委員陳碩擅長喊口號。在班級管理中一方面我給這些學生充分發揮的空間,在班級的集體活動中讓其展示更多優秀的一面,多樹立正面形象,另一方面我會在課下給班委開會時傳遞“你們既是高三的班委,學習上就應該起表率作用“這樣的信心,因此班委違紀是雙倍扣分的,并且一定要努力學習。高考我班中馬恒第2、侯睿琪第5,樊越第8,都是二本,蔣偉濤第9,連太10,幾分之差錯失二本;原本成績不太好的閆思武,趙鵬舉、趙閣差幾分就達到三本,進步很大。并且最主要的是這些學生身上正氣多,優秀的一面越來越多。

                  4.利用好每次集體活動,增加班級的凝聚力。秋季運動會的組織及圖片素材的積累,第一次增加了班級的凝聚力;家長會的組織。還記得第一次家長會,期中考試后那一次,我班做了兩套課件,一套是每個學生的個人生活照及附上的自己對爸爸媽媽說的話,在迎接家長到來之時隨著音樂在循環播放;另一套是我班的全家福和班委、課代表、各寢室成員等的集體照和班級成績情況的文字分析。學生準備積極,并且熱情高漲,班級氛圍非常好。第二次家長會,臘月二十六,借助春節的氛圍,加上那次學生都全體在校,我們班就臨時安排了學生來主持,并且用來兩天的時間集體排練了一個長詩朗誦《致我們最親愛的爸爸媽媽》,當時一些家長都哭了,學生在與父母的集體互動中,心靈也接受了一次洗禮。

                  5.用好每天的點滴時間,利用小事及時從德智體美勞等方面進行教育,傳遞正能量。比如誰跑操進班早且馬上讀書,誰一直都堅持對每一個老師問好,誰值日的那天講桌總是那么干凈,誰總是在上課瞌睡時自覺站起來克服瞌睡,誰總是愛問老師問題,誰在成績起起伏伏中總是一直在努力,真做到了勝不驕、敗不餒等等。其實學生是很在乎這些表揚的,因為他們希望老師眼中有他。尤其是那些默默無聞的和經常違紀的學生。

                  6.班級勵志口號在不斷的解讀中貫穿高三始終。去年我班主要運用了三句話作為班級精神建設的核心:“讓優秀成為一種習慣”,這是在開學前幾個月從各方面進行嚴格要求時,常常解讀,讓其精神深入每一學生心中的口號;“如果你不是最優秀的,就要做最努力的”,在前半期的多次考試中,我班的成績并不理想,甚至比較落后,這是我常常用來鼓舞學生的一句口號,它激勵著我班每一個上進的學生在落后中默默積蓄力量;“志存高遠,腳踏實地”

                  7.開展多樣的激勵方式,激發學生的潛能。每日之星的評選,由值日班委選出值日中見到的勵志之人,感動之事,在晚飯間讀給大家,學生用的是感動中國人物頒獎詞的格式評寫,既真實又特別煽情,效果不錯;一測前每個人輪流在早飯間宣誓,自己寫下具體做法和勵志的話,表決心明斗志,自我激勵;按年級要求進行班級挑戰活動時,嘗試班與班全體學生面對面挑戰,下戰書,喊口號宣戰,激發全班的斗志。

                  以上是班級常規管理中我的一些具體做法,我覺得,高三雖然有別于高一高二,似乎紀律、衛生、集體活動等不必過多的重視,應該更多的關注學生的學習和成績,畢竟升學就在眼前,但我覺得不管在哪個年級,總有一條是不變的:學生沒有好的品行,沒有好的自律性,沒有好的學習習慣,學生想學好習,班級想出成績是不太可能。一個班級正能量越多,這個班級也就最爭氣的!

                  三、結合高三特點,采取的兩點具體做法。

                  1.關注每一個學生,尤其是中下等程度的學生,幫這部分學生樹立考上大學的信心。

                  我校學生的程度基本屬于中等,他們中大多數進入高三后,既期盼高考又害怕高考,期盼是因為借助高考,自己有可能考上理想的大學,人生會有大的轉變;害怕是因為自己程度不好,加上高一高二也沒有好好學習,以這樣的基礎迎戰高考,他們信心不足。車校長在高三的會上指導班主任管理工作時經常強調工作中心要下移,即結合我校的這一學情,多關注這一部分學生,如大多數班級有65人左右,就可以抓到50甚至55名。尤其到高三后期,考試頻繁,學生成績起伏波動大,還記得車校長每周日晚在高三班主任的例會上,都會拿著各班成績表細細看,并一一分析每班這些中等程度的學生。

                  2、重視每次考試,細細分析,為班級成績整體進步查缺補漏,也讓學生知己知彼,有更明確的奮斗目標。分析與優秀班級的差距,前期列表分析平均分,后期在這基礎上側重人數的分析。每次考試后,我把年級成績成績以50名一段,比較我班人數與其他優秀班級的差距,并分批分段找學生交流。

                  以上我所做的,都是我們每一位高三班主任一直在做的工作,還有很多常年擔任高三班主任工作的老師,他們在的經驗和智慧更加豐富,去年我之所以能幸運取得一些成績,可能就是我在做學生的思想工作上更認真細致了一些,在班級管理的各項工作中多堅持落實了一下吧。

                  一滴水只有融入大海,才不會干涸。我班級管理能取得一些成績,雖然有個人的努力,但更離不開學校這個優良的大環境,離不開領導的關心指導和同事的支持幫助,至今還記得車校長每個晚飯間在教學樓中查看學情時和班主任們交流的身影,還記得校長對我們九班管理工作的諸多指導和鼓勵;還記得處理棘手事件時年級張主任的大力支持和幫助;還記得遇到管理困惑時和繼攀増泰等老師交流后的茅塞頓開。在此也非常感謝所有幫助過我的領導和同事!
