3月5日是向雷鋒學習紀念日，同時也是中國青年志愿者服務日。
一提起雷鋒，很多同學都非常熟悉。我們在電視里和電視劇里都曾經知道過他的故事。這位普通的中國士兵，在他短短的二十二年的人生歲月中，卻為他人、為社會做了無數的好事，為人們送去了無數的溫暖和安慰：比如幫車上的列車員拖地、打掃候車室，為丟失車票的婦女買票，給家庭困難的戰友家中寄錢等等。雷鋒精神的核心就是奉獻愛心，為他人服務，為社會服務。
有同學要問，我們為什么要學習雷鋒精神呢這是因為，我們的社會是一個大家庭，我們都是其中的一分子，只有大家都來奉獻愛心，我們的大家庭才會充滿友愛，充滿溫暖。想一想，為了我們能夠在學校安靜地讀書，有多少人在為我們做著奉獻啊。近一點說，有父母在辛勤地養育我們，有爺爺奶奶在關心著我們，有老師在教給我們知識;遠一點說，有農民在為我們提供糧食，有工人在為我們生產各種各樣的吃、穿、用的東西，還有解放軍在保衛著我們的祖國安寧，不讓敵人來侵犯我們的美好生活。沒有他們，就沒有我們今天在學校的安寧的生活。我們和社會的關系是這樣密不可分。社會需要我們，我們也需要社會。這就是人人為我，我為人人的道理。特別是我們特校的殘疾學生，經常得到社會各方電視的很多人的關心，給我們送來各種各樣的學習、生活用品。作為我們，在社會關愛我們的同時，也要盡自己的能力，努力為他人、為社會奉獻愛心，來回報社會的關愛。
那么，我們該怎樣學習雷鋒精神呢我覺得向雷鋒叔叔學習，就是要學習他心中裝著別人，時時刻刻為別人著想的奉獻精神，努力地為他人、為社會服務。具體地說，就是要在學校爭做好學生，在家中爭做好孩子，在社會爭做好公民。比如，當你們的父母生病的時候，當身邊的同學學習、生活有困難的時候，當看到校園的電視弄臟了的時候，當在路上撿到遺失的錢包的時候，你有沒有想到，這時候我們該伸出雙手，幫上一把呢如果你想到了，說明你已經有了奉獻的思想，如果你做到了，你就是在用自己的行動學習雷鋒精神。在我們的校園生活中，家庭生活中，社會生活中，有很多這樣的需要我們幫助的時刻。比如，為忘記值日的同學打掃衛生，為生病落課的同學補習功課，為班級修理壞了的桌椅，為老師搬來休息的椅子等等，這些都是學雷鋒的具體表現。它難不難呢不難。關鍵是你要有一顆不自私的、不狹隘的、時時刻刻準備為他人服務的心。在你為別人奉獻愛心，給別人電視來快樂的同時，你也是在播下一顆一顆愛的種子，將來有一天你也可以收獲愛的回報。
同學們，我們都是在愛心里長大，愛就像是我們生命中的水和空氣，不能缺少。讓我們都來攜起手來，共同努力，學習雷鋒，從點滴的小事做起，奉獻愛心，關愛他人，那么，我們的社會將會更加文明和諧，我們的生活將會更加溫馨、更加美好。
雷鋒精神永駐
提起雷鋒，無人不知，無人不曉。雷鋒這個名字是一種精神的象征，在他短暫的一生中，做的好事數不勝數。偉大領袖毛主席在他離開后，曾親筆題詞：向雷鋒同志學習。
三月五日是學雷鋒日，下午課外活動時間，老師帶領我們全班同學來到了一塊空地。映入眼簾的是滿地的垃圾，簡直就是垃圾大聚會。一陣風吹來，飄來陣陣酸臭味，我們皺緊眉頭，捂住了鼻子，小聲埋怨：學雷鋒也不能來這種地方啊!班長笑著說聲：同學們，這正是考驗我們的時候，雷鋒叔叔做好事時從來沒有想過自己，我們不能遇到困難就退縮啊!
大家聽了班長的話，都拿起手中的武器，開始向困難挑戰。有的用鏟子鏟，有的用掃帚掃，還有的干脆用手撿。不到一個小時，戰場已經被我們清理地干干凈凈。同學們，我有個建議，不知你們贊不贊同聰明的沛霖眨著眼睛望著我們。快說啊!如果建議合情合理，我們怎么會反對呢班長曉紅笑著回應。
讓我們在這里種上花草吧!兩個月后，這里不再是臭氣熏天的垃圾堆，會變成花的海洋!沛霖的話剛說完，就響起熱烈的掌聲。老師看著我們張張笑臉，也贊許地點點頭。那好，我們現在就開始行動吧!我帶來了不少鮮花的種子呢!同學們再次歡呼起來，很快投入戰斗。十幾分鐘后，我們就光榮完成任務，一陣微風吹來，我們仿佛聞到了陣陣花香。
學雷鋒，就應該見行動!這樣，雷鋒精神才會永駐我們心中!

I see the bread-winner still working hard under the fervent sun, soaking with sweat. I see mothers and wives devoting themselves fully on the domestic chores, waiting her husband and child back home. I see the children playing on the school ground, enjoying themselves totally in the care-free world with naive smile on their face. But I also see the concrete gigantic buildings collapsing in the twinkle of eyes, only hearing the slam bang and seeing the floating ashes on the sky. Protecting Nature(保護自然)
China has a very long and brilliant history, whose people are so friendly and hospitable. But I am wondering why some people pay such little attention to the environment and nature. In many places of the countryside, rivers have become stinking sewers and brooks have disappeared. Heaps of garbage obstructs the scarce flow of dirty water. The grounds are littered with plastic bottles and bags. People are cutting down trees even though it is illegal. In some towns, rubbish is hidden behind walls. Garbage cans are often of little use, making cleaners must rush all day long and also by night to clean the rubbish.
To make things worse, as a result of modernization, pollution is a serious problem. Nowadays we often breathe the dusty air and drink the dirty water. What"s more, we always suffer from the noise and the heavy light pollution. I"m really tired of this life. I want to change it. If I have a chance, I will get up early to see the suise, in order to embrace our nature.
As far as I"m concerned, our nature is our mother. She offers us everything we want or need. If our nature disappears, human-beings will be in great danger. Therefore, we must love our nature unconditionally. Don"t always ask too much from her but return her nothing. In its most general sense, the word earthquake is used to describe any seismic event — whether natural or caused by humans — that generates seismic waves.
Earthquakes are caused mostly by rupture of geological faults, but also by other events such as volcanic activity, landslides, mine blasts, and nuclear tests. An

It is often taken to mean the "natural environment" or wilderness–wild animals, rocks, forest, beaches, and in general those things that have not been substantially altered by human intervention, or which persist despite human intervention.
Previously, I lived in the countryside where the sun always rose. Every morning, I got up early to see the suise. As the sun came out, trees, flowers, birds and other animals woke up from their long sleep and smiled gently towards the sun. “What a glorious view!” I whispered. But as I moved to the city, I could hardly see such a glorious view now. Nowadays, to make things worse, as a result of modernization, pollution is a serious problem. The nature, serves as the same role as water, giving us every indispensable thing that we need. Things like the beautiful sunshine, fresh air, and other abundant resources. We’re unable to survive without these. And there’s no need to be reminded that we must learn to live with the nature peacefully and harmoniously. The fact, however, usually turns out to be exact the opposite side. As we can see with our naked eyes, the air, the earth and the water have all been polluted because of the rapid but irregular development of industries.So here comes the question: are we still going to live in a world like this? Rainbow彩虹
A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky. It takes the form of a multicolored arc. Rainbows caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the sun.
In a "primary rainbow", the arc shows red on the outer part and violet on the inner side. This rainbow is caused by light being refracted (bent) when entering a droplet of water, then reflected inside on the back of the droplet and refracted again when leaving it.
In a double rainbow, a second arc is seen outside the primary arc, and has the order of its colors reversed, red facing toward the other one in both rainbows. This second rainbow is caused by light reflecting twice inside water droplets.
Thunder
Thunder is the sound caused by lightning. Depending on the distance and nature of the lightning, thunder can range from a sharp, loud crack to a long, low rumble (brontide). The sudden increase in pressure and temperature from lightning produces rapid expansion of the air surrounding and within a bolt of lightning. In turn, this expansion of air creates a sonic shock wave, similar to a sonic boom, which produces the sound of thunder, often referred to as a clap, crack, or peal of thunder. The distance of the lightning can be calculated by the listener based on the time interval from when the lightning is seen to when the sound is heard.The cause of thunder has been the subject of centuries of speculation and scientific inquiry. The first recorded theory is attributed to the Greek philosopher Aristotle in the third

Representatives from the players" union and the teams" owners met on Monday for seven hours of talks.
Afterwards, Stern described the two sides as "very, very far apart on virtually all issues". No further talks have been scheduled.
Owners "locked out" players on 1 July after the old labour agreement expired.
Stern said the league wanted to reduce players" share of revenue to 47% while players proposed they get 53%. A 50-50 split has been discussed but not agreed.
Also in dispute is the structure of the salary cap and the length of players" contracts.
A Chinese vase from the early Ming period has been sold for $21.6m - a world record at auction for any item of Ming porcelain.

The vase is part of the Meinyintang collection, Chinese porcelain（瓷器） which has been brought together over nearly half a century by the Swiss Zuellig brothers.
Porcelain from China"s Ming dynasty (1368-1644) is older but often less decorative（裝飾用的） and ornate（華麗的） than Qing (1644-1911) ware.
In recent years Ming porcelain has been less in demand from mainland Chinese buyers, meaning that its prices have not reached anywhere near those of late Qing pieces.
