針對目前校園的不文明現象，為了配合學生處、校團委以“舉止文明、課堂文明、宿舍文明”為主題的“文明科大人”活動，我院及時召開了全院學生干部、黨員動員大會。全院各班召開了以“告別陋習，養成好習慣，做文明科大人”為主題的班會，并重新組織學習了《鞍山科技大學學生手冊》，特別是《鞍山科技大學學生校園行為準則》（試行），在全院學生中開展對自己認為不文明的言行進行查擺活動。通過查擺同學們一致認為：直呼老師姓名；在校園里說臟話、罵人；破壞校內公共設施和設備；在教室等公共場所大聲喧嘩吵鬧，影響他人；隨意吐痰、亂扔果皮紙屑等雜物；在桌椅、圖書和教室、宿舍墻壁上亂涂亂畫；男女同學在公共場合勾肩搭背；浪費糧食；考試作弊……凡此種種，不僅有悖于大學生最基本的日常行為規范，影響了當代大學生的形象，也破壞了和諧優美的.校園環境。校園是咱家，文明靠大家。讓我們從自我做起，從身邊做起，從今天做起，為安全美好校園的建設做出自己的一份貢獻。為此，我們向全校同學發出如下倡議：

我國自古有“東方禮儀之邦”美譽，禮儀一直被當作人生的基礎課程，中華民族五千年文明史，也是文明禮儀發展史。直到今天，我國人民熱情好客，文明禮貌，尊老愛幼等優良傳統仍為世界各國所稱道。隨著社會的發展,禮儀日益成為個人修養、國家形象和社會文明的一個重要標志，也是一個人在社會交往中必須具備的一種素養和能力。文明禮儀要注重平時，從小培養，形成良好習慣。有句老話：“少成若天性，習慣成自然。”小學階段是進行文明禮儀教育的最關鍵的時期。因此，大隊部對全校少先隊員發出倡議：“文明禮儀、從我做起”！
一、入校禮儀：
1、主動與老師同學問好，面帶笑容，并立正站好，行少先隊禮。
2、著裝要整齊，穿著干凈的校服，佩帶好胸前的紅領巾,學生干部佩戴標志要齊全。
二、上課禮儀：
1、在上課鈴響前準備好學習用品，并擺放有序、整齊、干凈。
2、在多功能室上課時，鈴響就出教室排隊，做到“快、靜、齊”；走隊列時要“快、輕、直”，靠右側行走，不影響其它班級上課。
3、在給老師行上課、下課禮儀時，立正站直注視老師，學會尊重老師的勞動成果，并能夠及時整理自己的抽屜，使之保持干凈、整潔。
4、上課專心聽講、積極發言，并保持良好的坐姿、站姿、讀姿、寫姿。
5、課后能自覺、按時、認真地完成各科任課老師布置的作業，注意及時訂正有錯之處。
6、持之以恒上好興趣班課。
三、課間禮儀：
1、課間文明休息，不追逐打鬧，不大聲喧嘩，不做損壞班級榮譽等各項規章制度。
2、上下樓梯靠右側行走，愛護校園衛生，不亂扔果皮紙屑，遇到不清潔的東西主動撿起并扔到垃圾箱里，做健康有益的游戲。
四、見面禮儀：
1、遇見校領導、老師、員工時主動打招呼“您好”或“老師好”；遇到同學點頭微笑，或互相問候“你早”、“你好”招手等。
2、見客人、家長來校時主動歡迎：“您好，歡迎來喬羽小學。”
3、進出校及上下樓梯給老師讓行。
五、進餐禮儀：
1、用餐前能夠安靜有序的排隊領取食物，做到不插隊，老師打飯后有禮貌的說聲“謝謝”。
2、文明用餐，珍惜糧食，細嚼慢咽，不挑食，不說話。餐廳內保持安靜有序。
3、用餐后保持桌面與地面清潔。
六：午睡禮儀：
1、進入宿舍不隨意打鬧，不大聲喧嘩，不竊竊私語，快速上床入睡。
2、睡覺期間不隨意找借口走出宿舍、在宿舍外逗留、大聲喧嘩以免影響其他同學正常休息。
3、起床后，快速整理好自己的被褥，有序的到室外等候排隊，不快跑、不搶行。
七、放學禮儀：
1、放學后以班級為單位有組織的成兩路縱隊，有序出校門。
2、出校門時要與老師、保安叔叔微笑點頭，整齊有力地說：“老師再見”。
八、乘車禮儀：
1、早上坐校車的同學，遇到跟車老師與司機叔叔主動問好。
2、晚上乘車時，遵守乘車秩序，保持安靜，按線路站隊等候，不大聲喊叫，上車時要依次排隊，不亂擠亂撞，上車后不亂搶占座位，按照自己的位置坐好。
3、乘車時保持安靜，保持車內衛生。
4、下車后與跟車老師、司機叔叔親切的說聲“再見”。
