                  法院調查的原始證據表明,“彭宇案”中原、被告發生相撞的事實是成立的,一審據此判決的結果是適當和正確的,二審之前當事人達成庭前和解協議的直接效果也是好的。但案件審理中出現警方丟失詢問筆錄等關鍵證據,一審判決說理、表述不當等問題。雖然相關人員在事后給予了停職、調離和警告的處分,但加強政法隊伍制度建設和思想業務建設仍刻不容緩。

                  汲取此案的一個深刻教訓,就是要注重司法裁判對社會主流道德取向的引導作用,要把正確的價值判斷和社會主流價值觀有機融入司法裁判全過程。

                  其次,對一些敏感性強、社會影響大、公眾關注度高的案件,應重視輿論引導,積極與媒體溝通,確保報道客觀公正,防止出現背離事實真相的不當炒作,誤導公眾。

                  在新課改下,作為一線的教師都知道過去的課堂所傳授的知識與社會生活聯系并不緊密,因此培養出來的學生面對生活中的問題時常常束手無策,課堂成了與生活割裂的空間,知識成了從生活中剝離的純粹的知識。傳統的課堂教學忽略了學生作為生命個體本身的情感需求,疏離了學生所處的現實生活,也忽視了學生對社會生活的體驗與錘煉。這樣的教學勢必是學生厭學,老師厭教,使教育進入一個死胡同。

                  1、 教學資源的生活化。 “問渠哪得清如許,為有源頭活水來”,思想政治課教學的“源頭”,“活水”就是實實在在的豐富多彩的社會生活,它為思想政治課教學提供了取之不盡,用之不竭的素材。在以往教學中,教學的資源由老師收集提供給學生,再設置問題情景由學生討論,這樣的教學資源由于不是學生本人的直接體驗,所以學生對老師提供的材料不感興趣,生活化課堂必須結合學生的直接經驗,以社會生活來豐富、擴展和提升學生個體的認識,把社會生活中的教育資源與書本知識融會貫通,從而發揮現實生活、直接經驗對于學生身心發展的積極作用。例如我在進行高一一課的教學中,課前讓學生去采訪自己生活周圍的人大代表,教學素材由學生自己去收集,問題由學生發現,然后再在課堂中討論,在討論中感悟體會人大代表的職責與義務,體會人民代表大會的地位和作用,這樣由學生自己提供來自生活的教學素材,具有親歷性、情境性、具體性、個體性、原創性等特征。教學起來使教師省時省力,同時也使政治課堂少了許多說教,多了不少真實,大大提高了思想政治課教學的針對性和實效性,充分發揮了學生的主體作用。
                  2、 教學內容的實踐化。課堂教學必須源于現實生活,又高于現實生活, 豐富的社會生活提供了豐富的教學素材,如何激活這些素材,怎樣使零散的生活素材更好地為教學服務,發揮它的教育功能是課堂教學生活化的關鍵所在。辯證唯物主義認識論認為,人的認知規律就是:實踐---認識----再實踐---再認識……就是從實踐中來,再回到實踐中去。生活化的教學除了注重教學素材、教學情境的生活化外,也要注重教學內容的生活化。為此,生活化課堂必須具有學生自主學習、主動探究的氛圍,充分發揮學生的主體意識,促使他們積極感悟、體驗生活的價值和生命的意義。例如一課的教學中,學生通過采訪人大代表,感悟到有關人大和人大代表的知識后,我再讓學生扮演人大代表,分別對我們學校所存在的問題寫一份議案,并上交給學校,其中許多具有操作性,可行性很強的議案被學校采納并解決了問題。通過這個活動,大大激發了學生的求知欲望,也使學生體驗了參與之樂,思維之趣,成功之悅,體會到了理論在生活中的價值,真正實現了“從生活中來”到“生活中去。”
                  3、 教學方法的生活化。新課程觀指出,課程不應僅僅理解為教材,而應當看做是有計劃地安排學生學習活動的過程,使學生參與活動,增加體驗,獲得發展。因此,在政治課教學過程中應更新教學方式,更多地關注學生的自主活動以及在活動中來體驗和感受,即由傳統的師生授受教學向體驗教學轉變。所以在教學過程中,再現和創設生活情境,寓生活原型于教學過程之中,溝通書本知識與生活的聯系,將生活原型作為探索實踐活動的感性支撐,建立一種開放的,與生活相結合的、生動的課堂教學方式,就是教學方式生活化。例如,我們平時可用扮演法讓學生去體驗知識,用實話實說、討論法等,讓學生去評價認識,用新聞播報、演講法讓學生去分析問題。除運用生活話題組織教學外,諸如主題班會、辯論會、社會調查、宣傳活動、訪談演講等,還有模仿“正大綜藝”、“挑戰主持人”、“第二起跑線”、“今日說法”等電視欄目的課堂組織形式,都是思想政治課教學方式走向生活化的有效形式。

                  三.構建高中政治課堂教學生活化的幾點建議:
                  1、師生關系要和諧。
                  正所謂親其師,信其道。和諧、民主、寬松的師生關系是授課成功的重要因素,是“生活化課堂”的重要組成部分,是構建“生活化課堂”的基礎。 課堂教學被看成是生活世界的一部分,是教師和學生生活其中的預設背景,要求把教師和學生看成是存在于生活世界中的不同主體;把課堂看成是師生之間的交往行為,而不是知識授受的認知行為。師生之間的交往關系是建立在生活認識基礎上的平等、民主、和諧的關系。為此,在政治課教學中,教師必須轉變教學觀念,堅持“以生為本”的理念,去傾聽、去理解,為學生提供一個公平參與的機會,提供一個交互式的對話學習平臺,把促進學生的全面發展作為思想政治課教學的出發點,關注學生的精神需求,指導學生的精神生活。例如,我在授課《我們的中華文化》時,為了能夠讓學生感受中華文化的地域性,我和學生們都歡快地唱起了各自家鄉的歌。這樣輕松活潑的教學方式,讓學生感受到了政治課的魅力。
                  2、教學內容要開放。
                  新的課程觀認為,教材內容是重要的課程資源,但不是唯一的資源。課程不僅是知識,同時也是經驗、活動;它不僅是文本課程,更是體驗課程,是教師與學生共同探求知識的過程;是教材、教師、學生、環境四因素的整合。一個有意義的教學過程,除了具有學習客觀知識的特點之外,還應該成為廣大師生運用課程資源共同建構知識和人生的生活過程。就高中政治課而言,聯系性更強,內容可涉及自然的、人文的、歷史的、現實的、中國的、外國的等,僅憑教材上有限的內容作為教學資源,勢必造成教學上的單調與枯燥,政治課教學的生命力,就在于理論聯系實際。因此,政治教師要具備與時俱進精神,開放教學內容,關注熱點、貼近生活,切實增強政治課教學的針對性和時代感。例如,我在教學《國家的宏觀調控》一課,我和我的學生搜集了有關房價上漲的事例和我國政府出臺的相關政策。在教學《我們的中華文化》,我和學生深入鄉鎮,尋找鄉土文化的有關資料,這樣可以把課堂內外聯在一起,把情感與態度、行為與習慣、知識與技能、過程與方法結合起來,引導學生在生活中發展,在發展中生活,也有利于進一步引起學生的思想共鳴,增強政治課的感染力和說服力。
                  3、教學方式要更新。
                  生活認識論把課堂教學看成是個體生活的過程,以提升個體生命質量和價值為終極目標,課堂教學的過程離不開個體的體驗和參與。因此,在政治課教學過程中應更新教學方式,更多地關注學生的自主活動以及在活動中來體驗和感受,即由傳統的師生授受教學向體驗教學轉變。在體驗過程中,教學過程強調主客體的融合。例如在教學《儲蓄存款和商業銀行》一框之前,我首先在班上建立了若干個活動小組,并輪流到附近的農業銀行開展豐富多彩的采訪調查活動,親歷具體的生活事件,讓他們在實踐中進行積極的情感體驗,使其在活動過程中獲得積極的行為感悟和情感體驗,使課堂教學更富有實效性。同時,通過組織學生開展社會調查活動,將教學活動由課內向課外延伸,將認知活動與學生的實際行動有機結合,學生會自主引發內在的矛盾斗爭,以促進學生完整人格的形成。又如,我在教學《企業的經營時》,學生和我一起設計了有關企業經營的短劇,由學生扮演董事長,經理,等去體驗教材知識。這種表演式教學法寓教于樂,富有生活情趣。
                  4、教學時空要拓展。
                  傳統的高中政治課教學,一般局限于書本和教室,教學空間單一、封閉,教學時間固定,隨著教學的生活化,就必須要為學生提供生活化的空間,教學時間也并不一定要固定在每周兩課時上。政治課要溝通課堂內外,充分利用學校、家庭和社區等教育資源,開展綜合性學習活動,拓寬學生的學習空間,增加學生實踐的機會。廣闊的社會背景為學生提供了一片學習思想政治的天空,學生由學校走向社會、走向生活的拓展過程可以通過多種形式實現。教師可以根據教學的需要,讓學生走進社會,開展社會調查,參觀訪問、赴敬老院獻愛心、秋游、研究性學習等有意義的活動,把政治課置于社會生活中,為學生打開了一扇扇了解社會的窗戶,極大地豐富學生的生活體驗,讓他們感受到生活中處處有思想政治,生活中時時有思想政治。
                  構建生活化的課堂,使社會即是學校、“生活即是教育”,讓學生在生活化的課堂里能敞開胸襟,把生活擁入自己的懷抱,去想象、去體驗,從而使思想政治課教學更生動、更有效。思想政治課教學走向生活化是教學改革的基本方向,但也是一個漸進的過程,既沒有現成的理論,也沒有成熟的實踐經驗。路漫漫其修遠兮,吾將上下而求索,我會不斷地摸索,不斷地充實自己,提高自己,改變自己,使自己逐步適應不斷變革的教育形勢,成為一個具有新理念、新思想、新方法的“新教師”。

                  高中思想政治優質課評選二組(縣區)課堂教學實況點評

                  在舉國歡度國慶與共迎十一屆全運會的背景下,濟南市教研室為深入推進新課程改革,特舉辦高中優質課評選活動,共同探討新課程理念與高中思想政治課的教學藝術。這兩天(今年10月13-14日),二組(縣區)選手通過新課教授的方式,展示了他們對新課程的理解和對高中思想政治課堂教學規律的探索。

                  一、值得肯定的方面

                  (一)較好地體現了新課程理念

                  隨著新課程改革的發展,教師們通過學習與實踐,已逐漸領會新課程理念,并自覺地將其轉到教學實踐中,化為自身的教學行為。本組15節課堂教授,無論是從教學方案的設計,還是具體教學實施過程,都體現出選手們對新課改理念的深入理解與貫徹。

                  1.課程三維目標的達成。目標引領教學是課程改革中的重要理念,尤其是情感態度價值觀目標的要求,是新課程凸顯的一個重要方向。本次優質課展現過程中,教師們基本都注重了課程三維目標的設計及其在授課過程中的體現,個別評價意見一致較好的課堂,更加關注了在學生在對知識理解中的過程與體驗,在情景感受中實現價值觀的教育目標。

                  2.課程內容的生活化。選手們對課題內容的理解與講授,基本都能做到從學生與社會生活的實際出發,選取有代表性的事例闡釋課題內容,以此激發學生對知識價值的肯定與對快樂學習的體驗,增強課堂講授的實效性。

                  3.師生關系的和諧。新課程理念所倡導的教學方式的轉變及師生角色的轉換,使教師和學生共同成為課堂的主人。從大部分教師引領學生積極參與的過程來看,自主、合作、探究的方式已成為學生對課程內容理解的主要學習方式,教師們在努力通過所運用的各種教學手段,使學生在與教師共同探討中體驗學習的樂趣。

                  4.合作教學意識增強。課堂教學中,教師能夠有意識的整合物化的教育要素(課程、教材、教案、學案)與課堂教育主體(教師、學生)的關系,在課堂預設的基礎上有機生成課程與教材、教案與學生、教材與學生、教案與學生、師生互動、生生互動等關系。大部分課堂能夠體現教師對課程要素整合的主動性,充分調動各種因素的關系,引發學生學習的各動態因素之間互感互動的系統活動,使課堂形成多邊活動的統一體,實現學生認知、情感、態度與價值觀等目標的達成。

                  (二)課堂教學中新的生長點

                  1.對教學內容的整體設計較好。對教學內容的科學思考使得教學環節的設計更加合理有序。例如,章丘五中的康風老師“公司的經營”一課,整節課設計了目標明確的四個版塊:“感悟生活 直面金融危機;走進生活 了解企業與公司;理解生活 體驗公司經營;踐行生活 成功創業“。一方面,體現了教師對教學內容的精心設計;另一方面,由于教師對課題內容有序設計,為課程目標的達成提供了很好的路徑。另外還有歷城二中的胡魁標老師對“源遠流長的中華文化”的設計:“遠古尋訪,探究文化特征;歷史探幽,體味文化力量;以史為鑒,重塑文化輝煌;文化復興,貢獻自身力量”,也很好地為教學內容與學生活動提供了一條內在聯系的主線,使得課堂教學環節因教師對教學內容的科學設計而更顯得有序和有效。

                  2.教學實例的選取更加典型。例如,濟北中學的張方山老師在“博大精深的中華文化”的教學中,選取了“都江堰水利工程原理”,引導學生通過探尋都江堰水利工程的神奇魅力,感受和領悟中華古代科學技術的文化價值。我們聽過的每一節課在教學實例的選用利用上幾乎都較為典型地闡釋了知識的理解與運用,為課程目標的達成提供了有說服力的例證。例如“國慶60周年慶典”、“中華世紀壇朗誦詞”、“全運會火炬傳遞”、“北京奧運會”、“沂蒙六姐妹煎餅股份有限公司”、“金融危機”、“比亞迪股份有限公司”、“中國重汽集團”等等,都成為了課堂教學的典型實例,為佐證教學內容提高了力度。

                  3.問題呈現引領學生積極主動參與。例如,歷城二中的亓靜老師“公司的經營”一課,設計了“完成我的企業策劃內容一、二”,引導學生進入企業策劃與經營的角色,模擬企業策劃環節,向學生提出相關的問題。當學生進入角色時,他們的創業夢想得到了更高的鼓勵,他們的知識學習也因為與角色體驗的直接對接而有了更為深入的理解。

                  二、需要進一步完善的問題

                  1.新課程理念的理解與踐行。對新課程倡導的許多理念的理解存在的問題比較多,很多老師在教學實踐中體現出的對“以人為本”、“教師角色意識”、“課堂的預設與生成”等理念的認知比較模糊,使得對課堂的把握與支持不能達到理想效果。表現為對課程目標的理解、教學內容的設計、課堂教學活動的組織、教學的言說方式等方面。

                  2.教師個人素質的提升。教師個人素質的發展是制約教師課堂教學效果的首要方面。本次優質課顯示出的許多問題實際是教師個人素質丞待提高的表現,如對課程內容的把握、教學形式與內容的關系處理、理論闡述、學生活動的設計、課程資源的篩選與整合、課堂進展的預設、教材使用中的有機生成等問題。其中較為基本也是較為突出的問題是對教學內容的把握,如對“我國的基本經濟制度”的內容設計,大部分教師沒有在突出重點的前提下,科學合理的處理好教學內容的主次詳略,體現出教師對教材內容缺乏高屋建瓴的理解與把握,導致這一課題的課堂教學整體失效,給人很大的失落感。類似的問題還有教師對這一課題內容中“我國基本經濟制度的理論依據”的理解與闡釋不夠,使得課程內容缺乏相應的力度,理解不夠深刻與完善。另外還有對“源遠流長的中華文化的原因”的理解中,缺乏對“中華文化的包容性”的整合理解。所有這些都表明教師亟待提升教學素養,無論是在專業精神上還是個人魅力上。

                  三、需要反思的問題

                  1.如何更好地理解新課程“以人為本”的思想。在本次優質課活動進程中,各種課堂教學要素的組合互動里,教師表現出了廣泛的權威性和主導性。相比學生而言,教師因知識和能力的優勢而處于“上位”,學生因知識和能力的弱勢而處于“下位”。教師在編制教案、學案和控制教學過程的主導權中表現出對課堂的絕對控制地位,學生因參與程度有限而處于服從地位。如何在根本上解決“從解決學生的困惑出發”這一關鍵性問題,需要在進一步探索中提高認識并付諸實踐。
